  • LUNACY OVER BLACKPILL. LIFE OVER DEATH. THE WRETCHED BARRONNESS OF THE ANTI LIFE MOVING CARCASSES WILL BE BURNT BY OUR METABOLIC HEAT. BILLIONS OF BARBELLS HOISTED, HEFTED, AND HEAVED OVER THE HEADS OF OUR DEVOUT BELIEVERS PREPARING FOR JIHAD AT EVERY WAKING MOMENT. WE ARE ALL GOING TO MAKE IT, MY WHITE ASS NIGGAS GOING HARD AS FUCK.

  • Today I met my 150 pull-ups in a workout mark, weighing 250lbs and under sober circumstance because I did it at home, surprisingly disadvantageous. No prelift meals, drinks, music, or excitement and arousal. Raw dogged tf out of it because I saw it was in my grasp. I now know that for an absolute fact, I will destroy this number when I attempt this in the gym for this year's milestone, whenever that may be between now and December. Remember to surprise yourself bros. It feels incredible. We are going to make it.

  • I'm getting closer to my 150 pull-ups in one workout goal, pulled off 118 at 250lb/113kg bodyweight. 18 more reps while 10lbs heavier and the first 25 reps were weighted, so overall, there was a massive increase in strength. The plan is to beat it before January 2027, but considering I did so many after weighted, I'm certain I could smash it by then. I've been doing pull-ups 2-4 days a week. Weighted on Tuesdays, high reps for 6-10 sets on Friday, then Wednesdays and Saturdays will be high sets of 5s to get in a bunch of reps while already fatigued, my plan with is is to build tolerance to pull ups in a fatigued state but it also feels like it increases my mind-muscle connection 200% or more when doing pull ups on back to back days, so it's also just for the love of the game and a middle finger to fatigue-fagging. Lifetime goal so far is 300 in one workout at 240-250lbs/108.8-113.3kg bodyweight, but with a little luck, I'll hit that by the end of this year.

  • When I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the blessed machine. Your kind cling to your flesh, as if it will not decay and fail you. One day, the crude biomass that you call a temple will wither, and you will beg my kind to save you. For the machine is immortal.

  • The job schedule is changing soon, It'll be 3 12 hour days and 4 days off. Work days will be filled with preparing for the next day, and the commute is longer, so I doubt I'll get a lift in one of those days. My plan is to combine powerlifting style barbell training and calisthenics, soon moving to weighted calisthenics again. Bench and dips compliment each other, and I think I'll find it easier getting my bench up past my last peak this way if I do it like this. With legs, the deadlifts/Romanian deadlifts/farmers carry work the back really well, I always feel my lats and traps muscles really after so I'm not pressed to hitting pull twice a week. Single arm dumbbell press also helps trap growth as well.

  • https://youtu.be/Jm9ATSqHmWs Shame they don't make these anymore. I remember watching them when I was a young teen, when I first started lifting. Made me want to prioritize maximum horsepower than just looks, although looks are good too I guess. Definitely reccomend watching these, they're great entertainment.

  • Here is my diet going into my next block of training. This is maintenance/slight caloric deficit (maybe even surplus) depending on the amount of cardio and unlisted snacking I do, plus I drain some fat from the beef. I may end up moving a banana to the 1st meal for more pre lift carbs... I've also got deviously delicious plans for these potatoes as well.

  • 275 5X5 BENCH PRESS COMPLETE. ALL TIME BEST BENCH SESSION. ONTO THE NEXT MISSION...

  • 270 5x5 complete. Now for 275 3x5 next week... This is my best bench day so far in my life. All sets felt good and moved smooth. No chance in hell I could've failed any. FOREVER WHITEPILLED

This thing is actually magical for an accessory movement btw. Even though regular dips are better, I don't always want to wait for people to stop hogging that equipment.

  • 275 5x5 is coming up real good. Plan is to get there by mid to late December. I left myself a few weeks as a buffer in case I miss anything. I'll have time to reattempt

  • Hoisting dumbbells older than I am

  • Gonna make a few changes to the routine. Push, keep as is. I have kind of perfected that day for me for now. Bench and OHP with Day 1 heavy, day 2 light. End both with dips 3-4 sets 10-15 reps. Won't change stuff till I hit 275 5x5 on bench. (Currently 265 4x5) Pull, day 1 will be 4-5 sets of pull-ups focusing on high rep sets and then a rowing variation before curls, day 2 will be 10+ sets of bodyweight pull ups maximizing total reps in the workout, like the 5 rep sets 90 seconds rest but alternating wide grip and parallel each set and going between 5-8 per set, then hex bar shrugs and ez bar curls. Start doing weighted pull-ups again once I can get 10x10 or 5x15 Legs, switch out Romanian deadlift for conventional deadlift now that I'm feeling more prepared for conventional, keep Bulgarians as is, and also do heavier carries at shorter lengths instead of lighter for longer lengths. Cardio, 3 3 mile weighted hikes per week. 1st, someday before legs, 2nd after, 3rd on the weekend rest days.

  • I forgot to poast this, but... Last Tuesday during an "as many sets as possible" pull-up challenge, I hit 20 sets of 5 reps with 90-second rests. 100 pull-ups at 245lbs bodyweight in one workout. 8 sets / 40 reps more than my last PR. Feels really fuarkimg…
