Learning AI isn't an option anymore! It's quickly becoming a fundamental engineering skill. Here is the 3-level AI roadmap to follow 👇 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟 𝟭: 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗜 & 𝗥𝗔𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 Before building an agent, you need to understand the engine. 🔹 𝗟𝗟𝗠 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲: Master prompting and output controls (temperature, top-p). 🔹 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽: Learn to clean, format, and chunk data effectively. 🔹 𝗩𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗕𝘀: Use Pinecone or Chroma for fast embedding retrieval. 🔹 𝗥𝗔𝗚: Combine your LLM with search to stop hallucinations. 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟 𝟮: 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗦 This is where you move from static prompts to autonomous reasoning. 🔹 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: Get hands-on with LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen. 🔹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀: Teach agents how to plan, retry, and think in logical steps. 🔹 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆: Give your agent context so it remembers past actions. 🔹 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: Add strict filters to keep outputs safe and factual. 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟 𝟯: 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦 This is what separates tutorial-watchers from real engineers. 🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: Connect your agents directly to Slack, Notion, or Gmail. 🔹 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗶𝘁𝘀: Write your own Python scripts and APIs for the agent to execute. 🔹 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Cut token costs, improve execution speed, and handle errors. 🔹 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Push your system live for real users. 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘: You don't need to pay for expensive bootcamps. Here is where you should start: 🔹 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻: The "Generative AI for Beginners" repository is fantastic. 🔹 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.𝗔𝗜: They have incredible, short free courses on prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows. 🔹 𝗛𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲: Their open-source NLP course is an absolute goldmine for understanding how these models work under the hood. 🔹 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽: Jump on their YouTube channel for massive, project-based LLM builds. Don't try to learn everything at once. Pick one level. Master it. Then move up.
