🎗OBSTRUCTED AIRWAY (HEIMLICH) MANEUVER The Heimlich maneuver is designed to create an artificial cough by forcefully elevating the diaphragm to expel the obstruction from the airway. Here's how to perform it effectively in different scenarios: Standing or Sitting Victim: 1. Position: Stand behind the victim. 2. Hand Placement: - Place the thumb side of your fist against the victim’s abdomen, midline just above the umbilicus and well below the xiphoid process. - Grasp your fist with your other hand. 3. Thrust: - Forcefully push your fist into the victim’s abdomen with a quick, upward thrust. - Repeat until the obstruction is dislodged or the victim becomes unconscious. Unconscious Victim: 1. Position: Place the victim supine on a firm surface. 2. Hand Placement: - Sit astride the victim’s thighs. - Place the heel of your dominant hand midline just above the victim’s umbilicus, with your other hand directly on top. 3. Thrust: - Deliver quick, upward thrusts until the obstruction is removed. Self-Administered: 1. Using Your Own Fist: - Make a fist and position it against your abdomen just above the umbilicus. - Grasp your fist with your other hand and push it inward and upward. 2. Using a Firm Object: - Lean forcefully against a firm object (e.g., a porch rail or the back of a chair). - Use the edge of the object to deliver quick, upward thrusts to your abdomen. Potential Complications: - Injury or rupture of abdominal or thoracic viscera. - Regurgitation of stomach contents. Note: Each thrust should be performed aggressively with the intention of removing the obstruction. Repeat as necessary. @SouCircle

Ibuprofen (brufen 400 mg, brufen 600 mg) ●Dose- twice a day after eating with Antacid and the Antacid must be taken before eating 2. Declowin plus (Diclofenac Sodium & paracetamol) not for hypertension patient due to sodium ● Dose- twice a day after eating with Antacid and the Antacid must be taken before eating 3. Zerodol P (Aceclofenac 100 mg, paracetamol 325 mg) (Only pain) ●Dose- twice a day after eating with Antacid and the Antacid must be taken before eating 4. Nise (nimesulide 100 mg) ●Dose- twice a day after eating with Antacid and the Antacid must be taken before eating 5. Paracetamol 650- Analgesic (pain relief) , Antipyretic (Decreases body temperature) Dose- thrice a day after eating with Antacid and the Antacid must be taken before eating 6.
