* Experience presenting creative concepts and campaign strategies to stakeholders and collaborators at different levels. * Experience in senior living, healthcare, or care technology is helpful but not required. THE PERSON WE THINK WILL THRIVE You are a strong creative leader who cares as much about clarity and business impact as visual quality. You know how to build a brand that feels distinctive without becoming decorative or disconnected from the product. You are comfortable challenging weak ideas, giving clear feedback, and helping teams arrive at stronger solutions. You are equally willing to define the creative vision, improve a presentation, review a website flow, shape a video concept, or solve a practical production problem. You bring high standards, but you also know how to create systems that help a fast-growing company move quickly.
* Build templates and guidance that make core materials easier to update and reuse. Digital and Web Experience * Own the creative direction of Teton’s website and other key digital experiences. * Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve site structure, storytelling, and conversion. * Ensure the website reflects the quality and maturity of the product and company. * Develop a flexible digital design system that supports new campaigns, content, markets, and product launches. * Balance visual impact with clarity, accessibility, and performance. Video, Photography, and Events * Set the creative direction for brand films, product videos, customer stories, social content, photography, and animation. * Develop briefs and oversee external production partners from concept through final delivery. * Create a consistent visual approach for conferences, webinars, executive events, and customer experiences. * Ensure event environments and materials reinforce Teton’s broader brand and campaign strategy. * Build a strong library of original visual assets that reduces reliance on generic stock imagery. Creative Operations * Build an efficient creative process from briefing through review, production, and delivery. * Establish clear standards for prioritization, feedback, approvals, file management, and asset reuse. * Manage internal designers, freelancers, agencies, and production partners as the team grows. * Develop templates, brand guidelines, and shared asset libraries that support self-service where appropriate. * Balance speed and quality while protecting the team from unnecessary revisions and unclear feedback. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In your first year, you will have: * Established a clear and distinctive creative direction for Teton. * Created greater consistency across the website, campaigns, sales materials, events, and product storytelling. * Improved the quality and effectiveness of Teton’s most important commercial assets. * Built scalable creative systems, templates, and processes that allow the company to move faster. * Developed a stronger library of original photography, video, customer stories, and product visuals. * Helped make Teton’s technology easier to understand and its value more tangible. * Built a trusted creative function that can challenge, guide, and support teams across the company. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 10+ years of experience in brand, design, creative direction, or a related field. * Experience leading creative work for a technology, healthcare, enterprise software, or other complex B2B company. * A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, digital design, presentations, and storytelling. * The ability to simplify complex products and ideas without making them feel generic. * Strong visual judgment across typography, layout, art direction, photography, motion, and digital experiences. * Experience directing designers, agencies, photographers, filmmakers, and other creative partners. * A track record of building scalable creative systems rather than producing isolated pieces of work. * Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to explain and defend creative decisions. * Comfort working directly with executives and cross-functional leaders. * The ability to move between high-level creative direction and detailed, hands-on execution. * Proficient in Figma, GenAI tools and Adobe Creative Suite, including Firefly. * Experience with AI and generative AI tools used for creative ideation and production. A portfolio that showcases concept-driven campaigns which drive results. * Experience working with data and insights.

Lead Sales Coach https://thehub.io/jobs/6a7aa49898e146b83ee4c97a?utm_campaign=student_groups LEAD SALES COACH — JOHTO PARTNERS OY REMOTE (FINLAND) * Growing from part-time into full-time role * Equity program * Path to partnership ABOUT US JohTo Partners Oy helps IT freelancers sell themselves more, and better. Founded in 2024, we're self-funded and profitable from day one. In April 2026, we pivoted from a one-person operation to a scalable business model. Since then, we've interviewed 20+ IT freelancers, rebuilt our offering around what we learned, and started closing deals with this ideal customer profile — currently at one deal per week. Our goal: 10 deals by the end of autumn 2026, and a 12-week coaching program launching January 2027. Now we're hiring our first employee — and potential future partner — to help build it. THE ROLE The Lead Sales Coach owns the delivery of our 12-week coaching program and serves as the main point of contact for our clients. Before the program launches, you'll work with us to build out the program's details from the ground up. You won't be doing this alone: we'll collaborate closely throughout, but you'll be the one clients see and work with directly. Over time, the role's focus will shift from delivering the program toward broader responsibility — building and leading a team, and helping shape the direction of the company. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design the details of the 12-week coaching program together with us before January 2027 * Deliver the program and act as the main client contact throughout * Recruit new coaches and manage them as the team grows * Sell to new clients * Actively contribute to product development — continuously improving the program and methodology WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * At least 5 years of experience selling IT consulting or IT expert services * Coaching experience, with a track record of developing people * Ability to build and follow processes and systems — you systematize rather than improvise * An independent, ownership-driven mindset * Fluent in Finnish and English * It’s a big plus if you: know how to sell products WHAT WE OFFER * 3000 - 5,000 €/month salary * Equity program, targeting a 5–10% ownership stake * A real path to becoming a partner or even a co-founder in the company — this isn't just a title, it's a goal we're building toward together * The chance to build a coaching program from scratch and see its impact directly with clients * Fully remote — no on-site requirement. We may open an office in Helsinki down the line, but it's not a condition of the role * Close collaboration with the founders — you won't be doing this on your own OUR TEAM * Johannes Torppa is a serial entrepreneur and B2B sales expert who has “failed more times than many have even tried”. Now he’s starting to get the hang of how to sell and build businesses. Johannes will work as the CEO of the company. * Peitsa Immonen is a marketing genius who thrives in challenging situations where outside of the box thinking is needed. Peitsa will work as the CGO of the company. OUR MINDSET * Our targets are high. We are looking to scale this business fast. This means long days, hard work and commitment. * We hate average. We wan’t to be the best in the world at what we do. But don’t mix incomplete with average. In order to be the best, you have to start with incomplete and work your way to perfection. * Come as you are. In order to fulfill your true potential, you are allowed to be exactly how you want to be. No need to suit up. No need to hide your accent. You can even enjoy playing padel if you want and we won’t judge. We want to create a psychologically safe environment for everyone to flourish in. PRACTICALITIES
