Your base will be acknowledged as one of our official partners, reflecting a shared commitment to professionalism, mutual respect, and the continued growth of the roleplay community. 2. Community Growth & Promotional Support Expand your community through mutual promotional exchanges and increased visibility within our partnership network. Partners are welcome to request support for recruitment, anniversaries, events, collaborative projects, and other community-related activities, helping their announcements reach a broader audience while encouraging meaningful engagement. 3. Collaborative Opportunities Official partners are invited to participate in various collaborative initiatives, including crossover events, seasonal activities, community campaigns, anniversary celebrations, and future special projects. Partners may also receive priority consideration for exclusive collaborations organized by StreetFess. 4. Networking & Knowledge Exchange Partnerships are not limited to promotional exchanges. StreetFess encourages partners to build meaningful connections by sharing ideas, management experiences, creative strategies, and constructive feedback. We believe that growing together strengthens every community involved. 5. Long-Term Growth StreetFess values long-term partnerships over one-time collaborations. Our goal is to establish lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and mutual respect, allowing both communities to continue growing together while contributing positively to the roleplay community.

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) The following procedures outline how partnerships between StreetFess and its partners are established and maintained. These procedures are intended to ensure clear communication, smooth collaboration, and mutual understanding throughout the partnership. 1. Partnership Initiation A partnership may be initiated by either StreetFess or another roleplay base. Before confirming the partnership, both parties are expected to review and understand the Partnership Guidelines to ensure that the collaboration aligns with each community's values and expectations. 2. Partnership Confirmation Once both parties have agreed to establish the partnership, the collaboration will be considered officially active. Both parties are encouraged to exchange the necessary partnership information and add one another to their official partnership lists whenever applicable. 3. Promotional & Collaboration Requests Official partners are welcome to request promotional support, event collaborations, anniversary greetings, recruitment posts, and other community-related activities. All requests should be communicated through the designated partnership contact and must comply with the rules of both communities. 4. Communication & Partnership Updates To maintain a healthy partnership, both parties are expected to communicate respectfully and keep one another informed of any significant changes, such as rebranding, username changes, ownership transfers, temporary hiatuses, or base closures. 5. Partnership Maintenance Both parties are encouraged to support one another through promotional exchanges, collaborative activities, and open communication whenever possible. Should any concerns or misunderstandings arise, they are expected to be discussed privately before any public action is taken. 6. Partnership Conclusion Either StreetFess or its partner may conclude the partnership at any time. Whenever possible, prior notice is appreciated as a gesture of mutual respect. Following the conclusion of the partnership, both parties are expected to remove any partnership references, including names, logos, banners, or other related materials, within a reasonable period. PARTNERSHIP SYSTEM This section explains what StreetFess provides to its official partners and how our partnership system works. We believe that a partnership should be built on mutual support, clear communication, and collaborative growth. 1. Promotional Support Official partners may submit promotional content related to their base, including: • Recruitment or hiring posts • Event announcements • Anniversary celebrations • Collaboration projects • Community activities • Other partnership-related promotions All promotional content must follow StreetFess's general rules and moderation policies. 2. Partnership Listing Once a partnership has been confirmed, the partner base will be added to StreetFess's official partnership list and recognized as part of our partnership network. 3. Event & Project Collaboration StreetFess welcomes collaborative activities with partners, including: • Cross-base events • Seasonal projects • Anniversary events • Community campaigns • Special collaborations • Other creative partnership initiatives Each proposal will be discussed and reviewed by both parties before implementation. 4. Communication Between Partners To maintain a healthy partnership, both parties are expected to communicate through their official admin contacts. Important updates, concerns, or collaboration proposals should be delivered through these channels to avoid misunderstandings. 5. Partnership Updates Partners are encouraged to inform StreetFess of any significant changes, such as: • Base rebranding (name, username, logo, etc.) • Changes in management or ownership • Temporary hiatus or inactivity • Partnership termination Keeping this information updated helps both parties maintain accurate records and smooth cooperation.

PARTNERSHIP GUIDELINES To maintain a healthy, professional, and long-term partnership, all partners are expected to comply with the following guidelines. These terms apply equally to both StreetFess and every official partner. 1. Mutual Respect Both parties are expected to maintain respectful communication and treat one another with professionalism at all times. Any concerns, disagreements, or misunderstandings should be discussed privately before being addressed publicly. 2. Good Reputation Partners are expected to uphold a positive reputation within the roleplay community. Any behavior that intentionally harms, defames, or damages the reputation of StreetFess or another partner is strictly prohibited. 3. Partnership Responsibilities Each partner is expected to fulfill the responsibilities agreed upon during the partnership, including promotional exchanges, collaborative activities, and other commitments. If either party is unable to fulfill an obligation, prior notice should be given whenever possible. 4. Use of Identity & Assets The name, logo, branding, and other official assets of StreetFess or its partners may only be used for purposes related to the partnership. Any unauthorized use, impersonation, or modification of another partner's identity is strictly prohibited. 5. Confidentiality Any private information exchanged between both parties during the partnership, including internal discussions, future plans, or unpublished materials, must remain confidential unless both parties agree otherwise. 6. Safe & Inclusive Environment StreetFess values a respectful and welcoming roleplay community. Partners are expected to refrain from promoting or engaging in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, doxxing, scams, or any activity that may endanger or negatively impact the community. By proceeding with a partnership request, both StreetFess and the partner acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the guidelines outlined above. PARTNERSHIP TERMINATION A partnership may be suspended or terminated under the following circumstances. Definition of Violation: A material violation refers to actions that significantly harm the base, reputation, or operations (e.g., sensitive data leaks, copyright infringement). A. Auto-Termination This Partnership automatically ends without further notice if the Partner commits any of the following: 1. Leakage of personal/confidential data caused by serious negligence. 2. Public statements that materially damage the reputation of others. 3. Involvement in criminal activities related to the base. 4. Use of name/logo without authorization after receiving a written warning. B. Termination for Cause (with opportunity to cure) For material violations that do not fall under automatic termination: 1. The aggrieved party must send a written notice (Written Notice) explaining the violation. 2. The party committing the violation is given a cure period of 14 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed. 3. If not cured within the cure period, the aggrieved party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately. C. Voluntary Partnership Withdrawal Either StreetFess or its partner may end the partnership at any time. To maintain a positive relationship, both parties are encouraged to provide prior notice before ending the partnership whenever reasonably possible.
