A Letter to Our Community A New Chapter. The Journey That Shaped Us. SwapX’s journey on Sonic has been intense and deeply transformative. A path that tested us in many ways and allowed us to build rare experience in the DeFi space, experience that today represents one of our most valuable assets and that we continue to put at the service of our community. From the very beginning, we chose to build around clear principles: transparency, direct communication, and respect for those who decide to walk alongside us. These values were never negotiable and gave life to an authentic relationship with the community, one that remained strong even as the external environment became more complex and less favorable. Growing When It Is Hardest. It is during the most difficult phases that we grew the most. Those conditions forced us to zoom out, observe with clarity, and internalise lessons that otherwise wouldn’t surface when everything goes smoothly. In those moments, what truly matters became very clear: knowing that behind every wallet address there are real people, present and attentive, who continue to believe even when doing so requires more conviction than usual. This letter is for those who feel tired today, for those who have doubts, for those who chose to remain silent and observe. The truth is that none of this was simple yes, subgraph PTSD is definitely real lol, but none of it was pointless. Every limitation, every friction, every slowdown helped redefine how we build and the direction we chose to take. Over the past months, we have been working away from the noise, focused on something far bigger than a single protocol. An ambitious project, built from scratch, with a completely rethought codebase that is now under audit. A project worked on by more than 30 people, including some of the best engineers and developers across the entire DeFi sector, united by a shared vision and extremely high standards. Something Bigger. This is not the time to share everything, but what we can say is this: what we are building is designed to last, to withstand cycles, and to offer solid, real foundations to those who believed from the very beginning. What we are building is innovation, period! A set of products and solutions that fit together, designed to function as a coherent system rather than isolated experiments. Each component is meant to strengthen the others, creating real network effects and concrete utility, supported and integrated with key players across the DeFi space. All of this exists within an environment that truly believes in this vision and considers it central to its future development. An environment that provides resources, attention, and space to build without compromise, allowing us to raise the bar far, far higher than has been possible until now. What is coming is not a simple upgrade nor a standalone announcement. It’s a new phase, a new model built with intent, setting a standard shaped by people and ambitions that rarely align at the same time. SwapX Continues. SwapX was not born to disappear. It was born to evolve. It will continue to exist, to grow, and to benefit from everything we are building today. Its story does not end here, it becomes part of something broader, and those who believed in SwapX will be an integral part of what comes next. A conscious transition. An expansion. Representing an average total value of approximately $682,100 (based on an average price of $0.052). This helped us reach up to ~82% $SWPX locked supply, highlighting the strong commitment and engagement of our community. During this time, rewards distributed to participants include: ✖️ $132,000 in veSWPX 💲 $81,800 in USDC 🤖 42 xNFTs, with a combined current floor value of $18,354 This brings the total rewards distributed over the campaign to approximately $232,154.
