🚨BREAKING: The Australian Centre for Disease Control Bill 2025 has passed the Senate, establishing a new national CDC. The Albanese Government is investing $251.7 million, with $91.1 million already spent on the interim agency. 🚨BREAKING: The Statewide Treaty Bill 2025 has passed the Victorian Parliament, establishing an Aboriginal-led representative body called Gellung Warl. The Bill appropriates taxpayer funds from the State’s Consolidated Fund to finance its operations, starting at $3 million in 2025-26, rising to over $72 million by 2028-29, with a four-year total of $206.8 million and automatic 2.5% annual increases thereafter.
