#Tips 90 – VWAP vs. Volume Profile Both use volume, but they answer different questions. 📍 VWAP → Shows the volume-weighted average price over its calculation period. 📊 Volume Profile → Shows where trading activity was concentrated across different price levels. So think: VWAP = Average price Volume Profile = Volume by price ⚠️ Don't treat either one as an automatic BUY/SELL signal. Use them as context, then confirm with price action. Remember: VWAP tells you the average. Volume Profile shows you the distribution.
#Tips 89 – Volume Profile: Where Did Most Trading Happen? Regular Volume shows how much activity happened over time. Volume Profile shows where that activity happened by price level. TradingView 📌 POC (Point of Control) → The price level with the highest volume in the selected range. 📌 VAH / VAL → The upper and lower boundaries of the Value Area. TradingView typically uses 70% as the default value-area percentage. TradingView 📌 HVN / LVN → High-volume areas can show where price found more acceptance, while low-volume areas can represent prices where the market moved through more quickly. TradingView ⚠️ Don't treat POC, VAH, or VAL as automatic BUY/SELL signals. They're reference levels that need price-action confirmation. Remember: Regular Volume tells you how much. Volume Profile tells you where.
#Tips 88 – Volume: Read the Strength Behind the Move Volume shows how much trading activity occurred during a period. 📈 High Volume + Strong Price Move → Can indicate stronger participation behind the move. 📉 Low Volume + Price Move → The move may have less participation behind it. 🔍 Example: If price breaks resistance with noticeably higher volume than recent candles, traders may view that as stronger confirmation than a breakout on unusually low volume. ⚠️ Volume doesn't tell you the future direction by itself. Compare it with price action and market structure. Remember: Price shows where the market moved. Volume helps you judge how much participation was behind that move.
#Tips 87 – RSI Overbought & Oversold RSI can help you identify when price has experienced strong recent momentum. 📈 RSI above 70 Traditionally considered overbought. 📉 RSI below 30 Traditionally considered oversold. ⚠️ Important: Overbought doesn't automatically mean SELL, and oversold doesn't automatically mean BUY. In strong trends, RSI can remain in these areas for extended periods. 📌 Use RSI together with price action and market structure, not as a standalone signal. Remember: Overbought means strong upward momentum—not an automatic reversal. Oversold means strong downward momentum—not an automatic reversal.

#Tips 86 – RSI Divergence Divergence happens when price and an indicator move in different directions. 🟢 Bullish Divergence Price makes a Lower Low. RSI makes a Higher Low. This can indicate weakening bearish momentum. 🔴 Bearish Divergence Price makes a Higher High. RSI makes a Lower High. This can indicate weakening bullish momentum. 📌 RSI divergence can be used as a warning of possible momentum change, not as a guaranteed reversal signal. Fidelity +1 ⚠️ Don't enter just because divergence appears. Wait for price-action confirmation. Remember: Price shows the move. Divergence can show when that move is losing momentum.

#Tips 85 – ATR (Average True Range): Measure Volatility ATR (Average True Range) measures market volatility. It tells you how much price is moving, not which direction it will move. 📈 High ATR Market is more volatile. Larger price swings are occurring. 📉 Low ATR Market is quieter. Smaller price movements are occurring. 📌 ATR does not predict bullish or bearish direction. It only measures the size of recent price movements. ⚠️ Don't confuse volatility with trend. A market can be highly volatile while still moving sideways. Remember: ATR answers "How much is the market moving?"—not "Which way is it moving?"
#Tips 84 – VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) is an indicator that combines price and trading volume. Many intraday traders use it as a reference point for market direction. 📈 Price Above VWAP Buyers may have the advantage. Look for buying opportunities only if your strategy confirms them. 📉 Price Below VWAP Sellers may have the advantage. Look for selling opportunities only if your strategy confirms them. 📌 VWAP works best when combined with market structure and price action. It should not be used as a standalone entry signal. ⚠️ Don't buy or sell just because price crosses VWAP. Wait for confluence and confirmation. Remember: VWAP is a reference tool, not a trading signal. Use it to understand market direction—not to replace your trading plan.
#Tips 83 – Consistency Beats Perfection Many traders chase the perfect strategy. Professional traders chase consistent execution. ✅ Follow the same rules. ✅ Take only valid setups. ✅ Manage risk every time. ✅ Review and improve continuously. ❌ Don't keep changing your strategy because of a few losing trades. 📌 There is no perfect strategy. Every profitable strategy has losing trades. ⚠️ Your goal isn't to win every trade—it's to follow your process consistently over hundreds of trades. Remember: Consistency creates long-term success. Perfection is an illusion.
#Tips 82 – Forward Testing Before Going Full Size After backtesting, the next step is Forward Testing. 📌 Forward Testing means using your strategy in the live market with a demo account or the smallest position size before increasing your risk. ✅ It helps you test: Real-time execution Trading discipline Market conditions Emotional control ❌ Don't assume a strategy will work in live trading just because it worked on historical charts. ⚠️ Backtesting builds confidence. Forward testing builds consistency . Remember: Test your strategy in real market conditions before trusting it with significant capital.
#Tips 81 – Backtesting: Practice Before You Trade A strategy is just an idea until you test it. 📌 Backtesting means applying your strategy to historical charts to see how it would have performed. ✅ Check: Entry conditions Exit/expiry Win rate Common mistakes Market conditions where it works best ❌ Don't judge a strategy after only 5–10 trades. ⚠️ A good backtest doesn't guarantee future profits, but it helps you understand your strategy's strengths and weaknesses before risking real money. Remember: The more you practice on historical charts, the more confident you'll become in live markets.

#Tips 80 – Master One Strategy Before Learning Another Many traders fail because they keep changing strategies after a few losses. ✅ Choose one strategy. ✅ Backtest it. ✅ Practice it repeatedly. ✅ Improve it over time. ❌ Don't switch to a new strategy every week because of a few losing trades. 📌 Every strategy has winning and losing periods. Consistency comes from mastering one approach, not collecting many. ⚠️ Too many strategies create confusion. One well-practiced strategy builds confidence. Remember: It's better to master one strategy completely than to know ten strategies poorly.
#Tips 79 – Patience Pays More Than Speed The market rewards patience, not speed. 🎯 Great traders don't enter first—they enter at the right time. ✅ Wait for: Price to reach your key level. Liquidity to be taken. BOS or MSS. A confirmation candle. ❌ Don't chase candles because you're afraid of missing out. 📌 A missed trade costs nothing. A bad trade costs both money and confidence. ⚠️ The market will always create another opportunity. Your capital is limited—protect it. Remember: Patience turns average traders into consistent traders.
#Tips 78 – Keep Your Chart Clean A clean chart helps you make clear decisions. ✅ Focus on: Market Structure Support & Resistance Liquidity Order Blocks / FVG Price Action ❌ Avoid filling your chart with too many indicators, lines, and drawings. 📌 If your chart looks confusing, your decision will probably be confusing too. ⚠️ The market is already complex—don't make it harder by adding unnecessary tools. Remember: A clean chart leads to a clear mind, and a clear mind leads to better trading decisions.
#Tips 77 – Trade Less, Earn More Many beginners think more trades = more profit. In reality, overtrading is one of the biggest reasons traders lose money. ✅ Wait for high-quality setups. ✅ Ignore weak or emotional entries. ✅ Trade only when your checklist is complete. ❌ Don't trade because: You're bored. You want to recover a loss. You don't want to miss a move. 📌 One high-quality trade is often worth more than ten random trades. ⚠️ Your goal is not to be active. Your goal is to be selective. Remember: The less you force trades, the more you let quality opportunities come to you.
If you have a problem, it means it can be solved. If it cannot be solved, then it is no longer a problem—it is a reality that must be accepted.
