✨ Advancing Surgical Skills Excellence at Kursk State Medical University ✨🎓 On 15th May 2026, Kursk State Medical University proudly hosted the Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the Additional General Development Program - Foundations of Surgical Technique: Basic Skills Program 🇷🇺🔬 This historic event marked the successful completion of the very first certified course conducted since the establishment of the Surgical Skills Class in 2021. The course brought together 80 dedicated students, who were trained in 4 groups through intensive hands-on surgical skills sessions aimed at building a strong foundation in modern surgical techniques. 🩺⚕️ Certificates were officially awarded by the Director of the International Medical Institute, Associate Professor Chahine Mohammad Toufic, recognizing the students’ dedication, discipline, and successful completion of the program. 📜🏅 The program was taught by Associate Professor of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics, Densing Samuel Raj Rajkumar, whose professional guidance and practical instruction played a key role in the successful training of the participants. 👨⚕️🔬 This achievement represents another important step in strengthening practical surgical training, academic excellence, and the future of medical education at KSMU 🚀✨

✨️15 ноября на базе Воронежского государственного медицинского университета имени Н.Н. Бурденко прошла Первая Студенческая олимпиада по Травматологии и ортопедии, приуроченная к 150-летию со дня рождения Н.Н. Бурденко. В олимпиаде приняли участие 12 команд медицинских университетов России. Травматологическая бригада нашего университета в составе 3 человек (Ивашов Александр, Попенкова Евгения и Локтионов Михаил) приняла участие в конкурсе «Остеосинтез дистального конца плечевой кости пластинами, остеосинтез локтевого отростка по Веберу». Ребята смогли показать свои знания, умения и слаженную командную работу. Выражаем организаторам олимпиады искреннюю благодарность за высокий уровень проведения мероприятия!.
