BREAKING: The Court has granted our motion. Andrew and Tristan Tate's bail hearing is now set for Thursday, August 27th. We are pleased with the Order of the Court. The government filed a brief loaded with new accusations, then opposed giving us the time to answer them. The Court noted the government's opposition and granted our motion nonetheless. The Government does not want its claims tested against the record. We intend to test every one. Everything we said this morning stands. On or before August 21, we will file our reply and answer their brief lie by lie and line by line. On August 27, we will stand before the Court and make the case for freedom. Andrew and Tristan remain in the SHU at FDC Miami. We ask that you continue to pray for them. The counteroffensive is underway. God bless Andrew and Tristan Tate.
