How can you decrease stress?  Sleep Just sleep, that's it.Try for a minimum of 7 hours of deep sleep each night.  Find a healthy way to release stress.  Contrary to what self-help retards preach, every successful person has vices.  Many of them drink, smoke, do hard drugs, etc But, you need a healthy release. Have a high-protein, high-fat diet. Sugar and carbs aren't bad, given they're used properly. Recognize stressful thinking patterns. Whenever you are thinking stressfully about the problem, you notice that your jaw, neck, and back of the head slightly tighten up. Whenever you encounter this, try to relax and breathe deeply for a few moments. The goal is to identify the triggers of stress and eliminate it then and there.
