MAME donated approximately $162,000 worth of MAME to Giggle Academy in support of its mission to provide free education to children around the world. The donation was made with the intention of supporting the Academy’s educational initiatives. 2. How much did Giggle Academy sell? Giggle Academy sold its entire MAME allocation, in line with its long-standing practice of converting most donated tokens into BNB near the end of each month to fund its operations and educational programs. This was not a decision specific to MAME, but rather part of Giggle Academy’s established donation policy. 3. Did MAME expect the tokens to be burned instead? No. As CZ explained, when tokens are donated without any prior agreement or contractual obligation, the recipient is under no obligation to act according to the sender’s expectations whether that means burning, holding, or using the tokens in any particular way.
