What a wild move in Nifty 0DTE ATM options CE jumped from 50 to 100 PE dropped from 60 to 0 There can be multiple takeaways from this. Will send a detailed post on this. But 1 thing is for sure. The new system is wild for 0DETE options. But what is the logic for this. Every move is dictated by Nifty Future Monthly. Nifty Future did not move but Synthetic Futures rose for today's Expiry. No move in any Stocks which moves the Index like Reliance , HDFC BANK. This is pure pump and dump. But tomorrow again Nifty will open at today's 3:15 PMs Price. Only takeaway I can take this is 0DETE should not be traded post 3 PM as this effect has not come in 11th August Expiry or Monthly options. Slight indication that someone wants everyone to move away from Weeklies to Monthly. My gut says within sometime they will shut the Weekly Expiries SEBI should investigate this.

Market Ending Comments Yesterday in the community group. We clearly questioned that despite markets rising 200 points , still the VIX hasnt fallen. Why? We did not understand it that time , but when OIL rose 10% and Nifty opened another gap down, we then understood that yes markets were factoring US IRAN WAR.
