In the latest version, folders (tabs) may not appear for some accounts. This appears to be an official bug. Until it's fixed, please use the following workaround: Install the official Telegram app. Log in with the same account you're using in TurboTel, in Telegram go to (Settings/ Devices/ Active Sessions) and terminate the TurboTel session. After that, log back into TurboTel, and your folders should appear again.
