NEW: Newcastle are on the list for Carlos Baleba. It is not an active transfer at present, but it is one to keep an eye on as the window progresses. He is a target the manager likes and represents an ambitious pursuit. Manchester United looked at him last year, with Brighton previously holding out for north of £100M.
