Official proof exists through documented correspondence and certification records. Any suggestion to the contrary is misleading and defamatory. 2️⃣ No Ponzi Model Validus never operated as a Ponzi scheme. This position has been acknowledged by authorities across different jurisdictions, who confirmed that collected funds were deployed into genuine business activities. The structure and operations were fundamentally different from the allegations made in the article. 3️⃣ Clarification on the Arrest Warrant The arrest warrant referenced in Belgium concerns a personal matter unrelated to Validus’s corporate operations.
