This is the final judgement handed down in the case of the Jacobs out of Douglas County Georgia. They had their case thrown out by the judge after a long and stressful fight over distributing flyers legally. The arrest was clearly an act of intimidation, as the state of Georgia has a long standing precedent for distributing political information the way that they did.

They’re appealing so that’s great. But, hogwash that Shiloh and her family will have to deal with this burden. Her penalty is nothing, but a hindrance and waste of precious time as a mother
