Dog's can, when trained correctly, detect pretty much anything.. cancer, pre-epilepsy, diabetes spikes, anxiety build up, cadaver, explosives - I know this one, having handled an Explosives Detection Dog during my Police career, who knew the specific individual aroma profile of over a dozen different HME' mixes, military and comercial explosives - cash, narcotics etc etc..
