🧠 አድቡ! "Ego is NOT the Enemy"- Part-1 Ego ጠላት አይደለም ! አድቡቡቡ!... ኸረ! ተው እንጅ! ምን ማለትህ ነው ደሞ አንተ፤ "egoማ ጠላት ነው" የሚል ካለ ይልቅ እሱ EGOም ነው 😉 እከሌ egoም ነው ማለትን እንደ bad connotation እና labeling ለሚረዳ ሰው የ"ego ጠላታችን አይደለም" ሙግት ቀላል ባይሆንም ከአንድ ንድፈ ሀሳብ ተነስቼ ለመመልከት ልሞክር። Ego ጠላት አይደለም። "ከራስ በላይ ነፋስ" በሚሉት ብሂልም አይደለም ነገሩ። አቋም የለሽ መሆንን አውግዘን፤ ደካማ መሆንን አጣጥለንን.. እገሌ ego አለበት egoም ነው ማለት የግንዛቤ ችግር ወይም human psyche እንዴት operate እንደሚያደርግ በአግባቡ ካለመረዳት የሚመጣ የ conceptual and functional (I can say) clarity ችግር ነው የሚሆነው። በቀላል አነጋገር ego "በርካታ ኃላፊነት ያለበት አስተዳዳሪ" ነው ሊባል ይችላል። ሁልጊዜ በሶስት ኃይሎች ተጽዕኖ መካከል ሆኖ የሚጨነቅልን "አስተዳዳሪያችን" ነው። Ego ምን ያህል ከባድ ሥራ እንዳለበት ብታውቁ "በጠላትነት" ባልፈረጃችሁት ነበር። ጥፋቱን ማመን የማይፈልገው ሰውዬ(አወቃችሁት ?) egoው ጠንካራ ስለሆነ አይደለም። ባልሰራው ስራ ሲሞገስ ደስ የሚለው፣ "መልከ ጥፉዋ" ሴት ቆንጆ ነሽ ስትባል ውስጧ እያወቀው "አይ! እኔ ቆንጆ አይደለሁም I truly know myself") የማትለው ለegoዋ ብላ አይደለም። መልከኛዋም ሴት "ቆንጆ ነሽ" ተብላ ስትወደስ... ፈገግ ብላ "አውቀዋለሁ ባክህ!" ብላ assertively መናገር ወይም በcomplimentu ከመደሰት ይልቅ ፊቷ blush ያረገውና ልቧን ሞቅ ማድረግ ያልቻለችው (ብሏትም ሊሆን ይችላል 😊) egoዋ infant or fragile ቢሆን ነው። ይሄን ለመረዳት እንዲያግዘን እስኪ በሚከተለው መልኩ ለመመልከት እንሞክር፡ 1. Ego አሳረኛም መከረኛም ነው። ከ"ኢድ" (Id- the unconscious beast) ጋር ያለው ግጭት (Conflict)፡ ID የሚለው ያለምንም የህግ፣ የሞራል፣ የእሴት፣ የሀይማኖት ገደብ እንደፈለኩ ልሁን ነው (It is all impulse, with no sense of morality, reality, or timing.)። Ego ግን እውነተኛውን ዓለም ያያል፣ ያገናዝባል፣ ያውቃልም (operates within the reality principle on the contrary to the id which operates from pleasure principle)። ስለዚህ id ያለውን ሁሉ ፍላጎት በማሟላት ሳይሆን በማስተካከል እና በመጠየቅ ላይ ነው የተሰማረው። ለid ግን ego ምክንያት የለሽ ደመነፍሳዊ ፈቃዱን ስለሚያግድበት ትልቅ ጠላቱ ነው (Humans are always in ongoing conflict with themselves)። ይሄን conflict የማስታረቅ እዳ ሁሌም አለበት። አያሳዝንም ታዲያ አመዳፋሽነቱ 😢 2. ከ Super Ego ጋር ያለው ግጭት፡ Super ego (The voice of God, father, society) የሚወክለው የማህበረሰብ ሥርዓትን፣ ሃይማኖትን እና ኖርምን ነው። "ፍጹም መሆንን! ኃጢያት አለመስራትን!" ይሄን ትምኔቲዊ ፍጹምነት በእውኑ ዓለም መኖር ደግሞ ከሰው ተፈጥሯዊ ጠባይ ጋር አይስማማም። ይሄም ለካ አለ ብሎ morality ነው የኔ መተዳደሪያ principle የሚለን super ego አይረዳም። ego የዚያንም (የidን ገደብ እና ምክንያት የለሽ ደመነፍሳዊ ፍላጎት) የዚህንም strict and rigid moral principle እያስታረቀ የመኖር እዳ ያለበት። poor guy ego 🤥 Superego is the moral compass, internalized from parents and society. It strives for perfection, not pleasure. It punishes the ego with feelings of guilt, shame, and anxiety for even considering the id's demands. እንግዲህ... የidን ፍላጎት ሲያሟላ super ego በውስጣችን ያለውን internalized moral compass በማሰብ "ለምን ፈቀድክለት? ኃጢአት ነው!...." እያለ ሲኮረኩመው፤ የsuper ego ፍላጎተ-ሞራልን ለመጠበቅ ሲፍገመገም ደግሞ የሰው "ደስታ አሳዳጅ ተፈጥሮው" አስጨንቆ ሲይዘው... እሽ ego የት ይድረስ 🤔 ክፍል-2 ይቀጥላል... https://t.me/gechinsights
