Advaitik references
Click -> https://t.me/advaitikreference/445 Many think Advaita is only in the Upanishads, but reality is that it’s also found majorly in the Puranas. Another misconception is that there’s no bhakti in Advaita, but bhakti and nam jap are also done in it.

A professor went to learn Zen from a master. He talked nonstop ideas, theories, opinions. The master poured tea into his cup. It filled… and kept filling… and overflowed. The professor shouted, “Stop! The cup is full!” The master said calmly, “Like this cup, you are full of your own ideas. How can I teach you unless you first empty it?”

🌸How to do Meditation?🌸 If You’re a Beginner, Start With These 2 Types of Meditations One helps you increase focus, and the other helps you feel happier, calmer, and more productive. ✨ Type 1: Focus-Boosting Meditations When your focus increases, everything in life becomes smoother. Daily tasks that once felt tiring start happening easily and naturally. These 3 simple practices will gently strengthen your focus without pressure. 1. Chanting Names Chant the divine names like Shiva, Krishna, Adi Shakti or any name that resonates with you. Repeating sacred words keeps the mind steady and cuts through distractions. Start with just 15 minutes daily. You’ll soon notice more clarity and calmness. It's better to do it after bathing. Focus on the words as you speak. You can speak it orally or in the mind, both works. Feel or think that as you chant name you are becoming one with the God. As god and you are the same. 2. Trataka (Candle Gazing) At night, light a candle and sit comfortably. Room should be dark. Gaze softly at the flame. You don't have to hold your blink. You can blink if your eyes water, no need to strain. The goal is to keep your awareness centered on the flame. This simple yet ancient method builds a still and powerful focus. 3. Deep Breathing / Pranayama Inhale deeply… hold for a few seconds… and exhale slowly. You don't need to focus on your breath. Don’t force yourself to focus on the breath, just breathe with ease. Avoid holding for too long if you feel dizzy. Regular deep breathing relaxes the nervous system and sharpens your concentration. 💡 Note: Some meditations ask you to constantly “watch your breath.” They do work, but they’re tough for beginners. That's why i don't recommend them for beginners as it may worsen your focus. ☀️ Type 2: Happiness & Productivity Affirmations Once your mind becomes steady, fill it with positivity. These affirmations will help you stay cheerful, motivated, and emotionally balanced throughout the day. To know how to do it click on the links. 📜 Part 1: 📜 Part 2: 💫 Remember: Meditation isn’t about forcing silence or focus. It’s about gently training your mind to return to peace again and again. If you force too much on focus then your focus may get worse. Start small, stay consistent. Even 10 - 15 minutes a day can change everything. Slowly, your mind becomes calmer, your focus sharper, and your energy lighter. You may start by picking any meditation from the list. #Sadhna@advaitikreference
How does the law of Karma work? If you do good to someone or do bad to someone, then you are actually doing good or bad to yourself. Because everyone is you. There is no one besides you. That’s why you see the good or bad results for yourself. Upanishad says "Ekamev Advityam". He is the only one in this world without a second one. There's no one other than you. That's called Advait (Non-Duality). #Explainers@advaitikreference
Atheist: There is no creator. The universe exists on its own. Theist: Impossible! Every creation must have a creator. Look at the universe, it’s a creation, so there must be a Creator. Atheist: Then tell me, who created this Creator? Theist: No one created the Creator. The Creator simply is. Atheist: If your Creator can exist without being created, why can’t the universe exist the same way? (They argue endlessly…) Suddenly, a Vedantin enters the room and says: Vedantin: You are both partly right and partly wrong. There is no creator (outside) of the universe. Because the universe itself is the creator as well as the creation. The creator and the creation is same. The creator has itself become the creation. The room falls silent. #Explainers@advaitikreference

Those who are new to our channel click here.
