Mr Mark Yong is CEO and co-founder at Garuda robotics, a Singapore-headquartered developer of uncrewed systems. Active in ecosystem and standards development, he was trained in electrical and computer engineering, which allowed him to forge a strong background in robotics, as well as technical and executive leadership roles. He creates and commercialises robotics systems for various urban sectors such as infrastructure management and commercial agriculture. Currently managing investments in robotics and automotive startups alongside leading technological initiatives, Hardi has a plethora of experience in the IT industry and was recognised as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) 75/100 awardee for three consecutive years.
