hello friends, thank you for all the love on our latest feature “discover” so far! 🥰 there’s been lots of good feedback coming in, so we’ve shipped a few highly requested updates today. the rest are in the works, so be patient with us!! 👀 what they saw of you when someone sends you a reach request, you can now see what parts of your story they saw. more context = better chats. *ps. you can also find this under your profile > your discovery profile. 🌟 more active discover feed we also boosted active profiles in your discover even more, so you now have a higher chance of connecting with other active amble members. :) pro-tip: the flipside is true, so you can answer daily thoughts regularly to get more visibility in discover!

this feature has truly been a labour of love -- from figuring out how to make a purely text-based profile attractive (we know no one really reads anymore lol), to getting our AI-powered headlines to hallucinate less (the accuracy is improved!!), to figuring out how to make requests more visible... the list goes on. this time though, we also want to thank a very small group of power amble users who helped us stress test the feature!! we couldn't have done it without you :) as one of them wisely advised: "i do think that being intentional with discover requests is important when it comes to hit rate". and so far, the average hit rate is 1 in 3!! 🎉 meaning for every 3 requests sent, 1 becomes a match that kicks off on amble. that's pretty good if you ask us!! we're so excited for you to read people's stories (with the usual anonymous twist ofc) and meet them where they are. as always, you can let us know what you think via our instagram! 💖
