Job Description Position: Full time Designation: PR and Marketing Executive - Architecture Goal: Full spectrum of Marketing activities and communications for Earthitects Private Residences and projects. · PR Reaching out to media journalists, editors and writers from renowned magazines for the publication of Earthitects creations and private residences. Content writing with regard to the features and articles. Answering the interview questions of journalists, keeping in mind the brand ethos and philosophy. · Content Marketing Writing creative content in line with the brand and architecture for the brochures, presentations, website, social media, blogs and articles. · Branding and Communication Responsible for implementing, briefing, guiding and designing all online and offline brand and marketing communications in coordination with Brand Designer or Brand consultant. Design and implementation of Brochures, Presentations, Books and marketing collaterals for Earthitects. Ensuring the presence of the brand across resorts. · Photoshoot and Video shoot Coordination. Briefing, planning and implementation of all photo and video shoots in coordination with photographer, videographer or agency. Styling the architectural spaces with the design and acquisition of styling props and objects with detailed research as per brand and design guidelines. · Website and Landing Pages Design Input Research and design input presentations for the website and landing pages with site map and user journey. Managing the development and implementation of the website and microsites. · Social Media Management Content creation across social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc. Measurement of the impact of social media reach for the brand with detailed analysis and reports. Increasing the number of followers across all social media platforms. · Offline Marketing Strategizing and implementing offline marketing activities such as placement of brochures and magazines along with brand awareness activities with visit to the organization-owned resorts. Requirements: A Degree in Architecture (or a relevant degree) with content/creative writing experience. A passion for Architecture and Marketing Proficiency in PR and Communications Being proactive with a positive attitude.
