As you read on the message, this kind of things are mainly occur on freshers. For now Its better to be patient as everything comes to end right now. 📢 Official Notice: Clarification on Service Fees and Cost-Sharing Recently, misunderstandings have been spreading on social media regarding student cost-sharing payments. We would like to clarify the following points: ➡️ The current cost-sharing calculation is not a decision made by our university alone. It is a national policy set by the Ministry of Education (MoE) and applied in all public universities across Ethiopia. ➡️ Reviews with other universities, including Bahir Dar, Jimma, Arsi, and Selale Universities, confirmed that they all follow the same MoE directives and procedures and are operating under the same system as our institution. ➡️ Our university is only implementing the guidelines required by the Ministry of Education (MoE). ➡️ Because this is a nationwide policy, targeting ASTU specifically is inaccurate and misleading. We encourage all students to avoid spreading unverified information on social media. False or incomplete information can damage the reputation and dignity of our institution. ➡️ If you have any further questions or concerns, you are encouraged to raise them through the proper university structure and formal communication channels. Let us continue to act with professionalism, discipline, and respect while protecting the integrity and name of our institution. Thank you.

የአዳማ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የካፌ አገልግሎት የማይጠቀሙ ተማሪዎች እየተከፈለን ያለው የምግብ ክፍያ እና የወጪ መጋራት ስሌት ከፍተኛ ልዩነት መኖሩን በጽሑፍ ለቲክቫህ ባስገቡት ቅሬታ ገልፀዋል። "ዩኒቨርሲቲው ያልተቀበልነውን ገንዘብ በመመዝገብ ለከፍተኛ የገንዘብ እዳ ተጋልጠናል ሲሉ ተማሪዎቹ አስረድተዋል። ተማሪዎቹ ከመስከረም እስከ ጥር 2018 ዓ.ም ድረስ (1ኛ ሴሚስተር) በድምሩ 12,800 ብር ብቻ የተቀበሉ ሲሆን፤ በተማሪዎች ፖርታል ላይ የተመዘገበው የወጪ መጋራት ዕዳ 15,000 ብር እንደሆነ ያሳያል። በዚህም ያልተቀበሉትን 2,200 ብር ዕዳ ተደርጎባቸዋል። በ2ኛ ሴሚስተር (ከየካቲት ጀምሮ) በፖርታሉ ላይ 15,000 ብር ዕዳ ተመዝግቧል። የተቀበሉት ግን 9,000 ብር ብቻ ሲሆን፤ በግንቦት ወር ዕዳው ተስተካክሎ 6,000 ብር ሊላክልን ይገባል ብለዋል። "አንድ ተማሪ በዓመት በአማካይ ከ3,000 እስከ 6,000 ብር ያልተጠቀመበትንና በእጁ ያልገባን ገንዘብ እንደ ዕዳ እንዲከፍል መገደዱ ከፍተኛ የፋይናንስ ጉድለትና የአሰራር ብልሹነት ነው" ሲሉ ቅሬታቸውን አቅርበዋል። "ያልተጠቀምንበትን የመክፈል ግዴታ የለብንም" ያሉት ተማሪዎቹ፤ በጉዳዩ ላይ ምላሽ ለማግኘት ለዩኒቨርሲቲው የሥራ ኃላፊዎች ጥያቄ ቢያቀርቡም፣ እስካሁን መፍትሔ ለመስጠት ፍቃደኛ የሆነ አካል አለመኖሩን ተማሪዎቹ ጠቁመዋል። ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር እና የዩኒቨርሲቲው አስተዳደር ጉዳያቸውን እንዲመለከትላቸው ተማሪዎቹ ጠይቀዋል። ቲክቫህ የተማሪዎቹን ቅሬታ ይዞ የአዳማ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከፍተኛ አመራሮችን ለማነጋገር ተደጋጋሚ ጥረት አድርጓል። ይሁን እንጂ አመራሮቹ ምላሽ ለመስጠት ፈቃደኛ አልሆኑም። የዩኒቨርሲቲው አስተዳደር/አመራሮች የሚሰጡንን ምላሽ ተከታትለን የምናቀርብ ይሆናል። @tikvahuniversity

#ዜና‼️ የአዳማ ሳይንስ እና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርስቲ የተማሪዎች አገልግሎት ቢሮ "የዲሲፕሊን ጥሰት ፈጽመዋል" ባላቸው ተማሪዎች ላይ እርምጃ ወሰደ። የተማሪዎች የዲሲፕሊን ኮሚቴ ባደረገው ስብሰባ ከግቢ ጸጥታ እና ደህንነት ጽ/ቤት የቀረቡለትን ክሶች በማጣራት የተማሪዎች መተዳደሪያ ደንብን መሰረት በማድረግ ጥፋተኛ በሆኑ ተማሪዎች ላይ የውሳኔ ሀሳብ አስተላልፏል። እርምጃ የተወሰደባቸው ተማሪዎች ሶስት ሲሆኑ ፣ ከነዚህም መካከል ሁለቱ የሶስተኛ አመት ፣ አንዱ ደግሞ የመጀመሪያ አመት ተማሪዎች ናቸው። 👉 ሁለቱ የሶስተኛ አመት ተማሪዎች በምን ምክንያት እርምጃ ተወሰደባቸው? የተወሰደባቸው እርምጃስ ምንድነው? እነዚህ ተማሪዎች ከዩኒቨርስቲው ህግ እና ደንብ ፣ እንዲሁም ከተማሪዎች "code of conduct" ውጪ ዶርማቸው ውስጥ እርስበርስ ተደባድበዋል። ስለዚህ በተማሪዎች መተዳደሪያ ደንብ ወይም "code of conduct" አንቀጽ 21 ንዑስ አንቀጽ 21.10 መሰረት በግቢ ውስጥ በግልም ሆነ በቡድን ጸብ ማንሳት ወይም መደባደብ ወይም በነዚህ መሰል ተግባራት መተባበር በሚለው ፣ እነዚህን ተማሪዎች ያርማል ሌሎች ተመሳሳይ ባህሪ ያላቸውንም ያስጠነቅቃል በማለት "ሙሉ በሙሉ ከትምህርት ገበታቸው እንዲሰናበቱ" የኮሚቴው አባላት በሙሉ ድምጽ ወስነው ነበር። ነገርግን ክፍሉን የሚመሩ የበላይ ኃላፊ በአንቀጽ 43 "ለ" መሰረት የቀረበላቸውን የውሳኔ ሀሳብ ከመረመሩ በኋላ "ለሁለት አመት ከትምህርት ገበታቸው እንዲሰናበቱ" በሚል ስለተሻሻለ ለሁለት አመት ከትምህርት ገበታቸው ላይ ተሰናብተዋል። 👉 አንዱ ፍሬሽ ተማሪ ምን አድርጎ ነው እርምጃ የተወሰደበት? የተወሰደበት እርምጃስ ምንድነው? ይህ ተማሪ ከዩኒቨርስቲው ህግ እና ደንብ ፣ እንዲሁም ከተማሪዎች "code of conduct" ውጪ ከምሽቱ 12:30 ላይ በትንሽ ሃይላንድ ጂን አረቄ ይዞ ሲገባ በጥበቃ ሰራተኞች እጅ ከፍንጅ ተይዟል። ስለዚህ በተማሪዎች መተዳደሪያ ደንብ ወይም "code of conduct" አንቀጽ 19 ንዑስ አንቀጽ 19.12 በተራ ቁጥር 19.12.3 መሰረት አልኮል እና ጫት ይዞ መግባት ፣ ለመግባት መሞከር ከአንድ አመት እስከ ሁለት አመት የሚያስቀጣ ጥፋት በመሆኑ ፣ ተማሪውን ያርማል ሌሎች ተመሳሳይ ባህሪ ያላቸውን ያስጠነቅቃል በማለት ከዚህ በፊት የጥፋተኝነት ሪከርድ ስለሌለበት እና በድርጊቱ ስለተጸጸተ "ከትምህርት ገበታው ለአንድ አመት እንዲታገድ" የኮሚቴው አባላት በሙሉ ድምጽ ወስነዋል። ቅጣቱን የተማሪዎች ቅበላ እና ምዝገባ ጽህፈት ቤት ተግባራዊ እንዲያደርግ የዲሲፕሊን ኮሚቴው አስታውቆታል። || @ASTU_CREW
