At 04:18, all containment doors within Sector C opened without manual override or a system command. (...) The reason for this has not yet been determined. Despite full sector accessibility, only MRF-002 exited containment. CCTV analysis shows the Subject remained in a calm, non-reactive state throughout the event window. Movement was slow and deliberate, with no signs of distress or urgency. (...) The Subject proceeded directly toward the primary exit route without hesitation, consistent with prior facility layout exposure. It is currently assessed that residual spatial memory retention may not have been fully recycled during prior conditioning cycles, resulting in successful route recall. (...) Post-incident tracking indicates Subject has moved beyond viable retrieval range. Recovery operations are not currently feasible under existing SCR search parameters. (...) There is a significant risk of external exposure. Due to retained spatial memory, MRF-002 may recall the Facility’s location and, if questioned by any external party, could reconstruct access routes. This would require full-site suppression measures, including complete destruction of all evidence of the Facility’s existence. (...) No Employee nor other Subjects were harmed by the incident.
