Instagram isn't dead. The current situation is already getting a lot better again if you approach it the right way. The reason I haven't posted much over the last few days is pretty simple: One of our creators suddenly went from around 5-10 paid subscribers per day to almost 300 per day. I want to share what happened inside the backend and what my team immediately changed. Before the traffic increase, the setup was simple: • 3 chatters covering three 8-hour shifts • 3 mass messages per day • 1 OnlyFans story per day • Regular feed posts The traffic was slow, and the creator was making around $200-$300 per day. Then, almost overnight, we weren't getting 10 new paid fans anymore. We were getting around 300. So we had to react immediately. We went from 1 chatter per shift to 3 chatters per shift, with around 8-9 chatters working on the account in total. But handling the number of conversations wasn't the only problem. For the amount of new traffic coming in, the chat conversion was still too low. So within the first few hours, we: • Improved the entire funnel • Improved the mass messages 4-6 a day • Updated the welcome message • Added a follow-up audio • Started posting 3 OnlyFans stories per day with clear CTAs • Improved the CTAs inside the feed posts • Adjusted the script transitions • Added 24/7 supervisor monitoring • Put another 6-8 chatters on the account All of this happened within the first hours of the traffic increase. Without these changes, the chatting ratio could have dropped from around 1:8-1:10 to only 1:2-1:3. That would have meant losing several thousand dollars. The biggest learning from this situation? You need the right people in the right positions, supported by systems that allow them to react quickly. I personally didn't implement most of these changes. I oversaw the situation, while my team handled the execution perfectly. That's what a strong backend should be able to do.
A lot of creators don't trust agencies. And honestly, I understand why. There are a lot of bad experiences out there and communication is often one of the biggest problems. Something I've learned is that trust isn't built by getting crazy results in the first week. It's built through transparency. I still remember working with my first creator. I had no idea what I was doing, but one thing I did every single day was keep her updated. What I was working on. What the plan was. What was coming next. A simple message like: "Hey, this week we're starting XYZ." "On Friday we're doing this." "On Saturday we'll focus on that." It doesn't take long, but it makes a huge difference. Creators can't see all the work happening behind the scenes. Keep them updated.

I think a lot of agency owners ask themselves the wrong questions. Instead of asking: "How can I get more creators?" Ask yourself: How do I earn a creator's trust? Where do I find the kind of creators I actually want to work with? The better you answer those two questions, the easier acquisition becomes.
IMPORTANT thing I've learned about chatting over the years. Fans don't come to OnlyFans just for porn. Otherwise, they'd use free websites. They come for the experience. Bad chatters copy and paste messages and try to sell as fast as possible. Good chatters build conversations, ask questions, and actually get to know the fan. Don't just think about today's sale. Think about the fan's lifetime value.
One of the biggest hiring mistakes I made was not having a proper filtering system. I looked at every single application myself and wasted a lot of time interviewing people who were never a good fit. One thing I've learned over the last 5 years: If you get 100 chatter applications, maybe 2-3 are actually worth interviewing. That's why we built a filtering system with different tests and requirements before we ever jump on a call. It saves time, less stress, and helps us find better people. Fun fact, I still have my very first chatter from 2022 on the team.
Why your supervisor will be your long-term leverage point in the agency. *(Excluding the people who outsource to a chatting agency you already lost.)* If you're still spending a lot of time in your backend in 2026 you either don't have a real system, you have too much time and no interest in scaling, or you simply don't understand OFM well enough. Yes, the backend is important. It's what generates the money at the end of the day. But a good backend only needs to be built once. After that it runs like a checklist. And that checklist shouldn't be run by you. Only reviewed by you. Your time is worth far more than checking chats and picking the best captions. That's exactly why you need strong supervisors with a strong system behind them. Imagine taking all the time you currently spend in the backend and putting it into getting more subscribers or onboarding more creators instead. But this has to be built waterproof. Because if it's not your backend will sink faster than you can imagine. I waited way too long to put this in place. And I lost a serious amount of money because of it.
From 0 to almost 60k in under 9 week, with a new creator Like I said, find your way to make money.
Instagram this, Instagram that… Yes, a lot of accounts are getting banned right now. And like I’ve said many times in my videos, you always need a backup plan. Whether that means managing multiple creators or building multiple platforms for each creator, don’t put everything on one card. It’s still possible to make great money in OFM. That hasn’t changed, even with Instagram bans. But I’m hearing it again from a lot of agencies: “This month was way worse than the last few months because my model got banned everywhere.” Here are 3 things you can do: 1. Build more traffic platforms 2. Bring more high-quality creators into your agency. Acquisition should never stop. 3. Optimize your sales for customer lifetime value Especially the last point is important. Of course, we also had traffic drops with 1-2 creators. But that doesn’t automatically mean we make less money with them, because the backend is built properly and already maximized. That’s the difference. If your entire business depends only on Instagram traffic, one ban can destroy your month. But if your backend is strong, your sales are optimized, and you have more than one traffic source, you’re in a much safer position.

It's been a bit quiet here the last few days. The reason: I've been building my personal brand on TikTok and Instagram. But I want to share a learning with you. A little over a month ago I started posting on both platforms. ( TikTok & IG) The goal was simple: get creator leads without sending daily outreach messages. Before that, we were doing outreach every single day. DMs on OnlyFans & Instagram. The result: about 1 model lead per week. And I'm not talking about creators who've never heard of OnlyFans. I'm talking about creators who are already in the game. So I just started posting. Consistently. Value & Fun contentEvery single day on both platforms. Fast forward to today: 9 creator leads in the last 7 days. Without sending a single outreach message. And here's the crazy part. I don’t even have a lot of followers. 200 followers on TikTok. 100 followers on Instagram. It doesn't matter. The right content attracts the right people. What I want you to take away from this: start building a presence. It doesn't have to be with your personal name. It can be your agency account. But if you want to stay in this game long term, you need a source that brings quality creators to you. I post once a day on both platforms. Value, insights, real talk. That's it. One thing I'd never do again. Stop doing acquisition. Sounds simple. But the ones of you who are already doing decent revenue know exactly what I'm talking about. Here's what happens. Things are going well. Revenue is coming in. Profits are solid. Your creators are performing. And you think, "I'm good right now. I don't need to look for new creators." Let me tell you from experience: that's one of the most dangerous positions you can be in. Because the moment you stop looking, you stop growing. And in this space, if you're not growing, you're slowly dying. What's the worst that can happen if you keep doing acquisition? You find better creators and replace your weaker ones. Your overall quality goes up. Or even better, you scale. You add another creator, another revenue stream, another opportunity. Everyone in this space knows how you scale an agency. It's two things: 1. New creators 2. More traffic That's it. And it sounds dumb but think about it, you wouldn't just stop posting content and get traffic because things are going well right now. So why would you stop looking for new creators? I've seen it happen too many times. Agency is doing $30k, $40k a month. Owner gets comfortable. Stops acquisition. Then one creator leaves or underperforms and suddenly revenue drops 40% overnight. And now you're scrambling to find someone new from zero. So never stop your acquisition. And if you don't have an acquisition system in place yet, build one ASAP. There are so many ways to do it. Treat acquisition like breathing. You don't stop just because things are going well right now.
