The government already has platforms such as SATHEE, which offers lectures, mock tests, 80,000+ practice questions and doubt-clearing support for examinations such as JEE, NEET, SSC, CUET and IBPS. So, what is still missing? Students and parents do not pay coaching institutes only for video lectures. They pay for structured timetables, regular testing, healthy competition, mentorship, doubt resolution, updated content, Revision & exam strategy and, most importantly, accountability. There is a practical model that could work: Partner with the best coaching institutes and make their selected courses, test series and learning resources freely available through a government platform.
