The Emancipation Ego. I've been into online business for like 7-8 years now & I've noticed one very common pattern. DO NOT try to work with people far below you in terms of success because you see something in them. Make sure to leave them where they are. These people are where they are mostly because of their ego. When I was 16 I hired a guy for marketing for one of my projects. He was in school making absolutely no money online & I met him through group chats. We talked for a while, he was a nice guy so my naive 16 year old self hired him and taught him everything a-z about marketing on Discord and Twitter. All the methods ONLY I had. I used to own a 24k+ member server in the sneaker botting niche. Once he learned my methods he started growing on Twitter, talking to people from my network and got marketing jobs with other companies. All of a sudden he had 15+ clients concurrently and was making 20-40k per month as a 15 year old. He started putting less and less work into my project every day until I had to fire him and cut him off. Now he was "the successful marketing guy" and forgot who taught him everything, put him on the map, connected him to ppl and refused to pay the respect that was due. 1 year later he lost all his clients little by little. Things change, platforms update, algorithms change. The ego of the "little man" aka the man that won't return favors is 10000x higher than the ego of a successful business man who made $100M without being handed anything. These people are absolutely nuts. It's basically YOUR success giving them an ego boost. 99% of people you will help will be this way. AVOID
