‼️RESIT EXAMS — REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY From January 12, Resit registration will be available in the CAU App. ⏳ Registration is open until January 16 (inclusive). 1) KEY RULE (must read) ✅ To be eligible for a Resit, you must register in the Resits section. 💳 Payment is available strictly only after registration. ❗️No registration → no payment → no admission to the resit exam. 2) Who will see the Resit section The Resits banner/section appears ONLY for students who have Fails. If you don’t see it, it means: you have no fails, so you don’t need a resit, or grades/transcript are not finalized yet (please wait for updates). 3) Step-by-step registration (follow the buttons) Open the CAU App On the Home screen, tap the Resit deadline banner (with a timer) You will see the Resits page with your courses: Not registered — you are NOT registered yet Registered — you are registered ✅ Open the required course Tap Sign in Successful registration message: “You’re all set. Good luck on your resit!” ✅ The course status becomes Registered and payment will be available 4) Payment (ONLY after registration) Once the status is Registered, you can pay: via the payment system, or via bank payment ❗️Without registration, payment is not possible, and you will not be allowed to take the resit. 5) Deadlines & important notes Registration opens Jan 12 and closes Jan 16 Don’t wait until the last day Registration alone is not enough — complete the payment to be eligible 6) If you have a fail but don’t see the banner/section Update the app Log out and log in again If still missing — contact @Cau_app_helpdeskBot and attach: your Student ID

You can: Take a new photo right in the app or upload a clear photo from your gallery Once you submit it, our team will review your photo — usually within 1 business day. If something doesn’t meet our guidelines, you’ll receive a notification and can upload a new one. ✅ Why it matters? ‼️Examination Appeal Rules – Don’t Miss Your Chance!‼️ 📢 Exam results will be announced soon! If you need to appeal, here’s everything you need to know: Key Rules: 1️⃣ You have ONLY 3 DAYS to file an appeal after results are published. Appeals submitted after this period will not be accepted. 2️⃣ How to Appeal: Open the EduPlus app and go to My Modules. Select the subject where you want to appeal. In the Grading section, find the field to submit your appeal. 3️⃣ Important: Your appeal must include a clear reason for review, and your text should be between 100 and 1000 characters. Appeals outside this range may not be considered. What Happens After Submission? ✅ You’ll receive a confirmation via EduPlus and Outlook email: "Your appeal request has been successfully submitted and accepted for processing." Appeal Status: Pending: Your professor is reviewing your appeal. Rejected: You’ll be notified with a reason and comment. Approved: If the professor approves, your appeal will be sent to the Academic Director for final review. Final Status: If the Academic Director approves, your grade will be updated, and you’ll receive a notification: 🎉 "Your appeal has been approved. However, you’ll still need one more module, regardless of its credit value, to hit the required total.
