🧠 Qapla': Training AI on ESP32 microcontroller Qapla' is an open-source project that demonstrates training a transformer model entirely from scratch on an inexpensive ESP32-S3 microcontroller. Instead of running a pre-trained model, it performs the complete training process—including backpropagation and weight updates—directly on the device. Features of the project: ➡️Full on-device transformer training ➡️Handwritten C backpropagation ➡️No pre-trained model required ➡️Open and reproducible setup Qapla' proves that even low-cost microcontrollers can train small transformer models without GPUs or cloud infrastructure. It is an interesting project for embedded AI developers, TinyML enthusiasts, and researchers exploring on-device learning under extreme hardware constraints. ⛓ More information... #projects #esp32 #artificial_intelligence
In order to read more buttons with only one input, you can use an analog #arduino input connecting buttons in a resistive divider. ↪️ Day 31 of sharing my content from my old IG page Update: a tribute to Kavinsky who recently passed away (background music). Anyway I hope you're doing well during this hot summer 🌞 I'm on a new project with a Teensy 2.0, I'll share some stuff with you soon! °°° °°° °°° Like ❤️, share 📨, save 🔖, follow 👥 DM me for permission to repost ✔️ #arduinouno #arduinoprojects #arduinoproject #embeddedelectronics
If you want to connect a button without using the internal pull-up resistor you can connect a 10kohm resistor between the button and ground (so it's pull-down). Then you can set the code in order to control the LED. ⚡ ↪️ Day 30 of sharing my content from my old IG page Update: don't stop when you make it work. Try others variants of the same schematic topology and learn 🙌 °°° °°° °°° Like ❤️, share 📨, save 🔖, follow 👥 DM me for permission to repost ✔️ #arduinouno #arduinoprojects #arduinoproject #arduinomega #electronics
➡️ SUGGESTED BOOKS FOR LEARNING AI 🔗 AI foundations and applications by Manning 🔗 The ultimate AI & machine learning bundle You can buy all these books at a ridiculous price 💵 ⚠️ This is an interesting content I found surfing the web. I'm not affiliated with this company!
If you want to control two LEDs with one wire of #arduino, you can use this solution where with a LED on, the other one is off (and viceversa). ↪️ Day 29 of sharing my content from my old IG page Update: before saying it is a basic circuit, explain in a comment what it does! 😁 This is a practical project for beginners, I hope you like it 🙌 °°° °°° °°° Like ❤️, share 📨, save 🔖, follow 👥 DM me for permission to repost ✔️ #arduinouno #arduinoprojects #arduinoproject #fritzing
New diy projects are coming back! 😍 ↪️ Day 28 of sharing my content from my old IG page Update: Arduino Uno must remain as an evergreen for makers. Students, hobbyists and makers who want to learn programming and electronics shouldn't start with the Arduino Uno Q, it is too far from learning a microcontroller! 🙌 I see the Arduino Uno Q as a great way to go deeper once you already have a solid foundation. New tools aren’t something to demonize; they’re opportunities to grow and explore further!! 🔥 °°° °°° °°° Like ❤️, share 📨, save 🔖, follow 👥 DM me for permission to repost ✔️ #arduino #arduinouno #arduinoprojects #arduinoproject #arduinomega
Another day studying for an exam 📖😵 ↪️ Day 27 of sharing my content from my old IG page Update: I slowed down the rate of posting on my Instagram page, that's because it's difficult for me to maintain the constant capability of use this social media, but I'm happy to share with you some of my memories 🙌 °°° °°° °°° Like ❤️, share 📨, save 🔖, follow 👥 DM me for permission to repost ✔️ #studentlife #università #elettronica #ingegneria #engineeringlife
Today I'm back to the normal routine. 📓 The next exam is about digital systems. ⚡ ↪️ Day 26 of sharing my content from my old IG page Update: do you remember quantisation? The Lloyd-Max quantizer (LMQ) is a quantization function that performs minimum mean squared error quantization. Suppose we want to find the best way to quantize a set of (continuous-valued) data to n discrete levels. If the n levels are known (let’s say they are values t1 through tn), then the decision boundaries are at the midpoint between the values. °°° °°° °°° Like ❤️, share 📨, save 🔖, follow 👥 DM me for permission to repost ✔️ #unibo #studentlife #engineering #ingegneria #engineeringlife
I want to show you the gift that my girlfriend has gave to me😍 for Christmas! 🎄 This is a manual of #arduino.. I'm excited to read it! ↪️ Day 25 of sharing my content from my old IG page Update: I found this book pretty interesting, but I think the best book from this author is "Arduino - Trucchi e segreti. 120 idee per risolvere ogni problema" 🙌 What's your favourite Arduino book? 🧐 °°° °°° °°° Like ❤️, share 📨, save 🔖, follow 👥 DM me for permission to repost ✔️ #arduinoproject #engineeringstudent #electronics #arduinouno
📸 Optocam Zero - Raspberry Pi Zero based compact digital camera Optocam Zero is a compact DIY digital camera built around a Raspberry Pi Zero and off-the-shelf electronic components. It is designed as a playful, easy-to-build device inspired by toy cameras, with an emphasis on portability and simplicity. The housing is fully 3D printable, making it accessible for makers to reproduce and customize. Features of the project: ➡️Pocket-sized and easy to carry ➡️Simple, intuitive controls ➡️Autofocus camera with 2592×2592 JPEG capture ➡️1.4-inch LCD preview screen ➡️8 photo filters and GIF recording ➡️Fast wireless image transfer ➡️USB-C charging with swappable battery ➡️Fully 3D-printed enclosure In summary, Optocam Zero combines the flexibility of DIY electronics with the charm of a compact, toy-like camera. It is best suited for those who want a customizable, portable device that emphasizes fun and experimentation over professional-grade photography. ⛓ More information... #projects #raspberry
Turn the volume on 🔊 I really love this little synth by #korg. 🎹😍 I bought this #korgmonotron some years ago and sometimes I like to play it. ❤️ ↪️ Day 24 of sharing my content from my old IG page Update: I enjoyed the time spent with the Korg Monotton, however I think it is expensive for what it offers. Do you really know what EMC is? 📶 There are several phrases commonly repeated in EMC publications and presentations that bother me much more than they probably should. This article explores the following phrases and tries to explain what's wrong with them: 🔹The microprocessor is radiating! 🔹My product is 6 dB(μV/m) over the limit. 🔹Ground is an equipotential surface. 🔹Ground is a path for returning currents to their source. 🔹Ground is a place where carrots and potatoes thrive. 🔹Radiation is proportional to loop area. 🔹Inductance is proportional to loop area. 🔹They don't teach this in the schools ... 🔗 Misleading (but Often-Repeated) EMC Phrases
