Please create a support ticket, and our team will check the issue and help you add your card to Apple Pay. 🟦Why do deposit addresses change so often? Deposit addresses may change as we update and improve our infrastructure. ❗️ To avoid any issues, always use the latest deposit address shown in your COCA app before sending crypto. 🟦When will private key export be available? Everything You Need to Know About COCA APY We’ve rounded up the answers to the most common questions in one place. ❓ How much can I earn? You can earn 5% APY on your USD balance. Higher Loyalty tiers allow you to earn this rate on larger amounts. Any funds above the applicable limit will earn 2% APY. ❓ Do I need to lock my funds? Not at all. Your balance earns automatically while remaining fully available to spend or transfer at any time. ❓ When does my balance start earning? Your balance starts earning as soon as the funds arrive in your account, even if the amount is less than $1. ❓ How do I claim my earnings? Once your earnings reach $1, simply open the APY Earnings section on the home screen and tap Claim. Your earnings will be added directly to your balance. ❓ How is the APY generated? The APY is generated through DeFi strategies built on Morpho, with security-focused vault management provided by Gauntlet. ❓ Will APY be available for EUR? 🚀 COCA Update — New Features Are Live 💳 Improved Card-to-Card Transfers Send money directly to your COCA card from another bank card. Go to Add Money → Debit/Credit Card to find your card details and receive funds directly into your USD account. 💼 Filter & Download Account Statements Generate statements for your USD and EUR accounts. Go to Card Details → Documents, select your account, and tap Generate to download. 📈 Elite Tier: Higher Card Spend Limits Elite members can now request higher spending limits. Go to Card Details → Visa Card Limits → Increase Limit and submit your request for review. ⚠️ Important: Crypto Deposit Addresses Have Changed Always use the latest deposit address shown in the COCA app before sending crypto. Do not reuse previously saved addresses, as they may no longer be valid. 👉 Update your COCA app to version 3.5.0 to access these new features.
