Now that I'm finally finishing all the remaining commissions and feeling well enough to get back to drawing, I think I owe everyone an explanation of what I've been through. Everyone knows me for being a very fast artist, but that hasn't been the case for the last 2 to 3 months. Basically, my life turned upside down. I had problems with people I trusted who let me down, and I was left with a lot of work all to myself. And to make matters worse, my beloved dog Mel, who has been with me since I was only 10 years old, developed diabetes and lost her sight overnight. All of this greatly affected my personal life, and I even considered never working with art again, but seeing so many people who like my work motivated me to continue. I don't want you to feel sorry for me, I just think it's more than fair to explain the reason for my absence, and I am extremely grateful to all my clients and friends who have been patient with me!
