i like the idea of hrzn proper being unable to experience anything "human", similar to pierce in zolister. but his power is more fragile. owners cant be forced into humanity, admins like proper very well can.

its implied hes been an admin since the server was open but also that hes been working solely for zolister, pierce not recognizing him (although it might as well just be pierce's neglectful nature and him not knowing like. any player in particular really even when it comes to admins) the admin role itself is more cosmetic really evident by proper having nothing to do and the rest of known admins being only focused on the afterlife. its likely that for a while proper has been just doing nothing, trying not to show up on pierce's radar and search for any justified entertainment. the council and napa gave him a reason and purpose outside of just. searching for quick dopamine banning players. he already had a reputation with other admins, boomie immediately assuming hes the one who hunted down and killed evo like its a normal thing he does but back to the council, even though proper is the brain of the team, i feel like its not crazy to assume he wasnt the one to create it and was simply helping out bc they were actually doing something interesting. since yk, he didnt really have a reason to revive zolister nor ask him for anything up until pierce took his admin privelegies. he just doesnt have any goals outside of gaining admin back. thats really all he cares about, even if its boring sometimes
