  • As a young man… I would not take advice from anyone I do not want to be like. Especially the people close to me. You might love and admire your father, but do you wish to follow in his exact footsteps? Now, that doesn't mean you should disrespect him. You just have access to information he never had, so be graceful with him.

  • If you want to get rich, you simply need to bring value to the market. And value is found in the problems you can solve. And the only way to solve those problems is by acquiring skills.

  • In my life, I once decided to view everything that happened to me in a positive light... Even if it was negative. This decision helped me to recognize and concentrate on the positive aspects of my life. As a result, I learned that the more I focused on the positive… The more positivity I found.

  • Have peace in your own heart. All of us have that voice in our heads that tells us what we should be doing. So when facing challenges, have peace in your heart because you know you did what you were supposed to do.

  • If you feel like you're at rock bottom... Just understand that you're in a tough season. You will go through many more. And if it's bad now, it'll be worse later on your way to greener pastures. If you just understand that for some time and keep punching long enough... You'll eventually come out on top.

  • Telling the truth has done nothing but get me a lot closer to people in my life.

  • We all have bad days. The difference between the 1% and the rest is how they handle them.

  • Self-talk can shape your reality positively or negatively, depending on how you use it. So use it wisely.

  • The higher you get up the scale... The more and more you will find that people are trying to take. Find the individuals who can give, put your fire and gasoline into them, and watch them grow with you.

  • Who doesn’t have bad times and struggles? What’s more important is to make sure you get on track to you’re going. NOT looking in the rearview mirror and reminiscing where you’ve been.

  • Every man has a rodeo to catch. Mine was my Steel Construction company. Your rodeo may very well be different, but it’s just the same. You either have to be too tough or too dumb to quit.

  • 90% of your thoughts are not yours. You are a product of programming that has been instilled within you from your parents, social media and society. Programming is a force you cannot resist or stop, but it is a force that you can control.

  • Persistency gets respected the most. That's the kind of kid I want to give an opportunity to if he wants to work with me, And the one I'll trust to do his job once he's hired because I know he shows up day after day consistently.

  • It's always your fault. Regardless of the circumstances. If you don't find a way to make it your fault, you forfeit your right to do anything about it.
