The colors for yellow or gold were the sun, those in the light, the illumined ones, and so they used to talk about "golden-thighed" Pythagoras et cetera, meaning he was – and they didn't mean the thigh, either, by the way. They were rather polite in those days and the later censors made sure they kept polite. They called it the "thigh," the same in the Old Testament when they swore oaths on each other's "thighs." It wasn’t the thigh of course.  It was on your generative forces we should say.

I watched a Public Broadcasting program two or three years ago on a rainy Sunday afternoon and they had a professor on from a university and she was in charge of a huge centre for cryogenics where they had everything, the genes of every animal and insect, frozen and they had experimented in bringing them back to life. Bringing the male and female together and inserting them in different species even as a host carrier and giving birth quite satisfactorily to them. This is all done at higher levels and it was the World Wildlife Society that owned this ark.

Meanwhile those who run HAARP, you know the military again, the military establishment, it's an industrial-military complex, claimed they just built them to admire. Winston Churchill told the public to go off and save their way of life, and at parties he was telling his own peer group as he go happily sozzled, that this is the greatest thing that had ever happened to Britain because the elite would have their age long dream of a United Europe.   Now a United Europe obviously meant you were going to lose your culture and your way of life et cetera, but these characters have no problem of lying to the general populace whom they really see as dumb stupid animals.

That was the purpose of it and to make them more manageable and well behaved by the authorities. John Dewey also was the first guy to say, "If we could convince the public of an invasion from outer space we could get the public united under a world government. It's here one day, gone the next and then all you're left with are those who have been geared and groomed for the positions in what's called the patriot network and you'll be led in circles for as long as this phase lasts. We're living in scientific dictatorship of which the public knows almost nothing. You've got to understand that Caligula and others, the old Roman emperors, said that – in fact they often turned their troops on the public but they'd do it as a pretense of saving the public. It's well exposed in the rise and the fall of the Roman Empire how different Caesars would start some riot or something or a fire to main buildings and then say that there were terrorists. Then they would let loose the military on the public. It was merciless and took away all the freedoms and rights of the people for certain periods. That would last as long as the public accepted it, until a new tyrant came along and overthrew the previous one. Nothing has really changed in the world of psychopaths.

Instead, a special resolution proposed by Germany and Spain at the UN human rights council was stripped of references that recognized access to water as a human right. The countries also chose to scrap the idea of creating an international watchdog to investigate the issue, choosing instead to appoint a new consultant that would make recommendations over the next three years. Federal officials in Canada said last week that the government wanted to ensure the meeting's outcome reflected the fact that access to water is not formally recognized as a human right in international law.

The elite have already decided who each other happens to be and they'll be spared all of this, of course, because they're so superior; they are the culmination of evolution, part of their big religion. Everyone who's left and who hasn't made it to the top is just sort of the junk genes; that's basically it. With all of the sciences at their command, tremendous money went into scientific investigation to create incredible weaponry, which is pretty well silent; it's silent weapons for quiet wars.
