Hey folks, as you may know, things took a bad turn since I got back from Tails of Summer, my apartment complex was bought up by a property investment company last year, and since buying the property, have deliberately begun neglecting it, letting the units fall apart, so tenants will move, so then they can renovate it and Jack up the prices. Don't just take my word for it, here it's one of my neighbours, who made a video detailing what Equiton Living is currently doing: https://youtu.be/Kx2BpAfQhsk?si=p9qT5brBvG9rJnG2 Please share the video as much as you can, Equiton Living is purposely ignoring all pleads to repair and maintain the property, they are virtually impossible to contact, hoping that by ignoring us, we'll get tired and just move. This apartment is my home, has been for 5 years nearly, I am not letting these scumbags get away with this

Yesterday I wanted to relax after vending at the con all weekend, but the entire sewer line in our apartment building decided to back up and flood my bathroom instead. Cleanup is expensive, might pursue legal damages, so I'm dropping my ko-fi ko-fi.com/daztoons%F0%... every little bit helps 💙✨

Received some very sad news today, that the Cartoon Art Museum will be closing down. This was always a highlight of every trip I took down to San Francisco, stopping here multiple times. I would spend hours scanning through all the exhibits, and just getting lost in the huge selection of comics and art books they have in their reading area. My future trips to the Bay Area won't be same =/ The museum also ran exhibits to showcase local and independent artists. Read more about it, and help support them by joining their membership program. Vancouver's HOT new furry convention is happening THIS WEEKEND! Tails of Summer 2026 will be its debut, BUT will also be my first time vending at a con!
