Shaykh ‘Ubayd رحمه الله used to advise us not worry about the people and what they say, and stay dedicated to teaching beneficial knowledge! ‎Shaykh Rabi’ used to advise us with nurturing our communities upon knowledge. ‎They used to advise us with correcting the Aqīdah of the Muslims, and refuting the people of innovation, and not be concerned with the opposers! ‎By the permission and mercy of Allah, this advice produced fruits: ‎1. 100+ marākiz, madāris, masājid in the west, all cooperating with each other, loving each other, aiding each other. باسم الله الرحمن الرحيم السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I thank Allah first and foremost and then all Mashaykh, brothers and sisters who helped us in managing this gathering. We had our Shaykh and teacher Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah hafizahullaah delivering a beneficial kalimah on the topic of sticking to Manhaj of Salaf us Saalih. As I was listening was recalling our association and connection with the Sh almost 2 decades ago and the subject matter or topic of focus which used to be in those days... In 2002, 2003.... It was the same. No change. This is from the most amazing of affairs where people, society, economic conditions, social conditions, political conditions etc etc change and keep changing but our approach, manhaj, usool remains constant. This is indeed a Ni'mah and may Allah azzawajal make us from these people who stick to the pure Manhaj until we meet him. Then we had a short but very beneficial kalimah with Sh Kashif Khan on the topic of importance of Tawheed. This was delivered in the urdu language. Followed by an amazing lecture from the works of the great Imam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz rahimahullaah delivered by Sh Abu Ishaq Nadeem Shah hafizahullaah, on the very important topic of Taqwa and how it aids the servant of Allah. Our sisters did a fantastic job of keeping the several kids busy with various activities, paintings etc. Our brothers from Tarbiyyah bookstore had come over too with large collection of Authentic publications from Maktabah Salafiyyah, Daarus Sunnah, Troid, Authentic statements, hikmah etc. We likewise got the opportunity to meet Ahlus Sunnah from different parts of the country some making journeys for more than 12 to 16 hrs... So may Allah azzawajal make it heavy on their scales of good deeds on yawn Al qiyamah when it is most in need. We hope to continue to build up our activities in order to spread this noble unadulterated call of Tawheed and Sunnah. Wa billaahi tawfeeq Abu Bilaal Muzzammil 9th July 2024 Bangalore, India

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 The Crumbling Infrastructure of the Modern Family: A Farewell Message As we bid farewell to our beloved guests Shaykh Kashiff Khan and Shaykh Muhammad Amīn, we ask Allāh to bless and reward them for their noble efforts in discussing the encroaching moral and social decay observed in today’s rotting society. Countless reminders from the Quran and Sunnah to reflect upon, implement and cling firmly to. Our noble brothers have been road tripping to Canada and us to America now for a quarter century. We would squeeze into minivans and trek across the continent to each other, benefitting from the company of Ahl al-Sunnah, long before Google maps and social media like-and-comment push notifications. These were the days of muffled sounding cassettes, PDFs and books under dimly lit car rides. Shaykh Kashiff first visited us in the winter of 1998. Upon meeting us in our centre on 1888 Wilson Ave., he removed some books and cassettes from our library that were questionable. He advised us to only utilise the materials of the Scholars and those recommended by them. We benefitted from his advice and reconfiguring our manhaj compass around the speech of the scholars. These “noble brothers” had deep concern for following the manhaj of the Salaf and did not romanticise the people of innovation and their irrelevant historical paths. A few months later in August of 1998, we made our first trip to meet Shaykh Kashiff in New Jersey and we’ve been visiting each other ever since. We were teenagers. We’ve grown grey beaded together. الحمد لله We thank Allah for guiding us to the Sunnah and its people. How many a friend became foe. How many a confidant became treacherous. How many a brother became tried by the dunya and disappeared into the dark night of misguidance. It is only by the favour of Allah the Most Merciful that we still benefit from rubbing shoulders with our Salafi brothers. May Allah suffice us upon this blessed path of Kitab and Sunnah. What a life to just live upon it and die upon it. سبحان الله
