هذا الجيل يعتبر all-in-one self-etch adhesives يعني الكل في واحد فعلياً وما يحتاج أي خلط (no mixing) وبالتالي بنستبعد أي أخطاء ممكن تحصل وقت الخلط من مميزات هذا الجيل : حساسية تكاد تكون منعدمة بعد الشغل بسيط الاستخدام ولكن من عيوبه انه بسبب التركيب المعقد للمحلول في واحد علبه لذلك هو عرضة لانفصال المكونات عن بعضها) وتكوين قطرات droplets داخل الـ adhesive layers ومن الأمثلة علية: عندك الـ Xeno IV الـ G-Bond والـ I-Bond ONE-STEP SELF-ETCHING OR ETCH- AND-DRY ADHESIVES: خطوات Etching, priming, and bonding: 1) Selectively etch enamel with 35% to 37%phosphoric acid for 15 s. هذا الخطوة أختياري 2) Air-water rinse for 15 s, trying to minimize rinsing over the dentin. Dry gently. 3) Actively apply the one- step adhesive on etched enamel and unetched smear layer– covered dentin for the time recommended by the manufacturer. 4) Air dry to remove any excess solution and solvent and terminate the etching reaction. 5) Reapply the adhesive in multiple layers using an active rubbing motion. 6) Air dry to remove any excess solution and solvent and terminate the etching reaction. 7) Cure for manufacturer recommended time, which is typically about 10 to 20 s. 🛑 الجيل الثامن والأخير (8th Generation): يسمى Universal or Multimode bond الجيل الثامن تم تطويره كـ منتج يوفر الوقت لل direct and indirect restorations ال Etching والـ priming والـ bonding كلها في علبة واحدة (one bottle) أي one step من مميزاته:الـ bond strength فيه ممكن توصل لـ 30 MPa ولأن الـ bonding agent هذا بيحتوي على fluorides فبيكون له anticariogenic effect أيضاً بيحتوي على nanofillers تزيد من قوة bond الأمثلة عليه : Futurabond dc (Voco india); (B) G-premio bond (gc india) الثامن مرن جداً يعني نفس العلبة مصممة كيميائياً لتتعامل مع أي قرار تتخذه في العيادة حسب الحالة يمكنك استخدامه كـ Self-etch أو Total-etch أو Selective enamel etch 🛑 في الأخير ملاحظة مهمة: إذا أخذت علبة bond resin من الجيل الرابع مثل Scotchbond Multi-Purpose Adhesive وقمت بإضافة طبقة فوق الجيل السابع دراسة وجدوا أن نسبة الثبات قفزت من 40٪ الي 83٪ بعد 18 شهر في الاخير لاتنسونا أن تذكرونا بدعوة طيبة وتتفاعوا مع المنشور وتشاركوه مع زملائكم أتمنى تكونوا استفتدتم إن شاء الله بالتوفيق ❤️ #Adhesive_bond_system #dentist #dentalstudent #د_حازم_جميل DrHazem Jamil اشترك بالقناة ليصلك كل جديد 🖇️ 👇 https://t.me/thebestgrouplearning

4) Rinse the etched surface for 15 s with an air- water spray. 5) Gently air dry to remove excess moisture. 6) Apply 0.2% to 2% aqueous chlorhexidine solution. 7) Remove excess chlorhexidine solution with a moist cotton pellet. 8) If any sort of contamination occurs, repeat the procedure خطوات primer: 1) Perform active application of primer for at least 30 s (gently agitated or rubbed onto the dentin surface with a small brush) 2) Apply primers generously in multiple layers. 3) Primers must be adequately air dried to evaporate all of the solvent; usually 30 to 40 s are needed for proper solvent evaporation. 4) The primed surface should appear glossy after air drying; if it appears chalky, the primer must be reapplied خطوات bonding: 1) Generously apply the adhesive resin with a microbrush. 2) Use a bristle brush to thin and create a homogenous layer. 3) Cure for manufacturer recommended time, which is typically about 10 to 20s 🛑 الجيل الخامس (5th Generation): تم دمج الـ primer والـ adhesive resin مع بعض في علبة واحدة (one bottle) لذلك هناك خطوتين Two step فقط Etching +(primer and adhesive resin) مميزاته أنه سهل الاستخدام وخطواته أقل يعني أسرع وأقل حساسة في الشغل وtooth لكن من عيوبه أنه أقل قوة من حيث bonding من الجيل الرابع من المنتجات الموجودة في السوق: Adper Single Bond Plus (3M Oral Care) ExciTE F (Ivoclar Vivadent)_ One-Step Plus (Bisco, Inc.)_OptiBond SOLO Plus (Kerr Corporation)_Prime & Bond NT (DENTSPLY Siron خطوات تطبيقه : TWO-STEP ETCH-AND-RINSE ADHESIVES: علبتين فقط خطوات etching: 1) Apply 35% to 37% phosphoric acid to enamel for 15 to 30 s and to dentin for 15 s. 2) Rinse the etched surface for 15 s with an air- water spray. 3) Gently air dry to remove excess moisture. 4) Apply 0.2% to 2% aqueous chlorhexidine solution for rewetting. 5) Remove excess chlorhexidine solution with a moist cotton pellet. خطوات Priming and bonding: 1) Apply primer/bonding solution generously, producing a shiny appearance, then vigorously rub at least 30 s. 2) Air dry to evaporate solvent for 30 to 40 s. 3) Actively reapply the primer/bonding solution and air dry. 4) Cure for manufacturer recommended time, which is typically about 10 to 20 s 🛑 الجيل السادس (6th Generation): الجيل السادس توفر سنة 2000 في الجيل الخامس كان الـ primer والـ adhesive في علبة واحدة والـ etchant في علبة منفصلة، أما في الجيل السادس تم إلغاء خطوة الـ etching تماماً لأن الـ etchant والـ primer والـ bonding متوفرين في علبة واحدة يأتي الجيل السادس بنوعين: 1_واحد متوفر في علبتين primer و adhesive الـ Primer بيتم تطبيقه قبل الـ adhesive الWater (الماء) هو الـ solvent (المذيب) 2-Self-etching Adhesive / All-in-One متوفر في علبتين primer و adhesiveبناخذ قطرة من كل علبة نخلطهم أو موجود جاهز للخلط (mixed) وبعدين نطبقهم على الـ tooth او surface ومثال عليها : Prompt L-Pop والـ Xero III من مميزاتها : إنها لا تزيل الـ smear layer فالـ tubules بتبقى مقفلة ( sealed) والنتيجة تكون less sensitivity عيوبها : قوة الربط كافية وممتازة على الـ dentin بس ضعيفة poor strength على الـ enamel _بما إنها تتكون من acidic solution فما ينفعش تتخزن لفترات طويلة ولازم يحصل لها refreshed -قد تحتاج تبريد TWO-STEP SELF-ETCHING AND ADHESIVES: خطوات ال Etching and priming: 1) Selectively etch enamel with 35% to 37%phosphoric acid for 15 s. أختياري 2) Air-water rinse for 15 s, trying to minimize rinsing over the dentin.
