  • Today – WebWisePay Snapshot   Today, August 15, the next WebWisePay Snapshot will take place.   It will lock in all DigiU shares that are effectively purchased, paid for, and distributed by the time of the Snapshot.   This includes:   – fully paid purchases; – actual installment payments and their corresponding distributed shares; – upgrades; – fully paid-off installment plans, provided the distribution is completed before the Snapshot.   If you were planning to make a payment, upgrade, or pay off your installment plan before the Snapshot – we recommend checking your Account and transaction status.   However, this Snapshot doesn't mark the end of the current WebWisePay funding round.   The third round is still underway and scheduled to wrap up by the end of August. 🔜 Increase your shares to participate in the snapshot   #DigiU #WebWisePay

  • DigiU in 25 Minutes   Last week, we planned to release a new introductory webinar about DigiU, but had to postpone it due to technical issues.   It's now available.   This webinar is primarily designed for new participants – those who are just getting to know DigiU and want to understand not just a single product or investment opportunity, but the logic behind the entire ecosystem.   It's impossible to cover nearly seven years of DigiU'sdevelopment in detail in just 25 minutes – all the products, the investment portfolio, the legal and financial structures, and the reasoning behind every single decision.   That's why this webinar has a different goal:   to give you a foundational overview of how DigiU works.   We cover:   – how we see technology evolving and the role of people and companies in the new tech economy; – why DigiU was built as an ecosystem from the very beginning, rather than around a single product; – the role of our portfolio approach and the international community; – how our core products, investments, partnerships, and other initiatives are interconnected; – how participating in DigiU differs from investing in a single project; – where risks come into play and why the success of any single tech project can't be guaranteed.   We believe it's crucial that participants grasp these principles right from the start.   Your understanding of DigiU shouldn't be based on just one product, a single investment story, or a specific period in the company's development. In our ecosystem, different projects and tools serve different purposes and carry different risk profiles.   While the webinar is aimed at newcomers, we also recommend it to those who've been with DigiU for a while.   Over the past few years, new products, tools, and approaches have emerged, and sometimes it’s useful to see how they all fit together again – from the big-picture vision down to the logic behind individual decisions.   🌿 Introductory DigiU webinar – about 25 minutes   This is just the first level of introduction.   Later, we'll release an extended version running roughly 2-3 hours, where we'll dive much deeper into DigiU'shistory, the ecosystem's focus areas, the investment model, specific solutions, value creation mechanisms, and risks.   25 minutes – not to cover every detail of DigiU, but to understand the system that ties it all together.   #DigiU

  • WebWisePay: Use Crypto Just Like Regular Money   WebWisePay has launched internal transfers.   Now you can:   – transfer funds between your WebWisePay cards; – send them to other users; – receive transfers and use the funds for everyday payments with your card.   During the initial stage, internal transfers are fee-free.   You could always send crypto directly to another wallet. But then the recipient often faces a more complicated task: using an exchange, P2P platform, or swap service to turn it into money for everyday purchases.   WebWisePay streamlines this process.   For example, you can send funds to a relative, friend, or partner in another country, and they can use their WebWisePay card to pay for goods and services.   This is one of the core ideas behind WebWisePay: making crypto as easy to use as regular money.   The Network Effect   This new feature puts another important principle into practice.   A network effect occurs when a product's value increases for every user as the network grows.   The more people use WebWisePay, the more likely it is that your friends, family, colleagues, partners, or clients are already part of the system – opening up even more use cases for internal transfers.   Every new active user potentially makes WebWisePaymore useful for everyone else.   Meanwhile, funds can move between users and then be used for everyday payments, all while staying within the WebWisePay payment infrastructure.   This is how we're gradually building not just a set of features, but a payment network.   Internal transfers – another completed milestone on the current WebWisePay roadmap.   💬 How else can you use internal transfers?   Share your ideas in the comments – real-world user scenarios help our team decide on the next steps for product development.   #DigiU #WebWisePay

  • They are elements of a single model designed to enable growth in a world where the future can't be calculated in advance.

  • Eywa: Lessons from Single Product for DigiU. Part 2 We usually try to discuss DigiU's strategy in the simplest terms possible. But the story of Eywa gives us a reason to dig a little deeper and introduce a few concepts we use internally. Economists John Kay and Mervyn King, former Governor of the Bank of England, use the concept of radical uncertainty. This describes a situation where we don't just lack knowledge about what will happen – we can't even map out all the possible scenarios and their probabilities in advance. This is precisely the environment in which the tech market evolves. A few years ago, it was impossible to know for sure which blockchain solutions would become the standard, which business models would maintain their margins, and which features would become cheap or free. Today, the same thing is happening with AI, fintech, and other rapidly evolving technologies. Radical uncertainty doesn't remove the responsibility for decision-making. On the contrary – it raises the bar for the system in which those decisions are made. DigiU's goal isn't to learn how to predict the future flawlessly. The goal is to build a model that is resilient to the failure of individual hypotheses and capable of evolving even when some of the initial assumptions turn out to be wrong. To achieve this, we combine three principles. 1. The Portfolio Approach The future of the entire ecosystem shouldn't depend on a single company or a single tech bet. Some projects fail to deliver the expected results. Others may generate the vast majority of the portfolio's value. That's why it's crucial to allocate capital across different areas and reassess everything with each new round. 2. The Ecosystem Approach From the very beginning, DigiU wasn't built around a single product. An ecosystem doesn't have to guess the single right way to access a new technology in advance. We can build a product in-house, invest in an external team, work with professional funds, forge partnerships, acquire a ready-made solution, or integrate it into our existing infrastructure. As technology cycles get shorter and shorter, this kind of flexibility becomes especially important. 3. The Network Effect of a Global Community In tech development, the network effect is best explained with a simple example: if you're the only person using a phone or a social network, it holds absolutely no value. But as more users join, the system becomes increasingly valuable for everyone in the network. DigiU applies this approach to growing its ecosystem. The community brings more than just capital to the ecosystem. It provides early adopters and testing grounds, local expertise, entrepreneurial connections, partners, corporate clients, and distribution channels. As the community grows, elements of the network effect start to emerge: every new active participant potentially increases the number of connections, competencies, and opportunities within the ecosystem. So what does Eywa represent in this framework? Eywa was unable to turn a strong technology into a sustainable business. We broke that down in detail in part one. But six years of work also gave DigiU deep experience in blockchain infrastructure, the global venture capital market, and working with tech founders and professional funds. Some of these relationships and competencies are now being applied to other areas. That doesn't turn a poor investment outcome into a successful one. Experience is only valuable when it changes future decisions. DigiU CEO: «Our goal isn't to build a system that never makes mistakes. Under conditions of radical uncertainty, that's impossible. Our goal is to build an ecosystem where a single mistake doesn't dictate the fate of the entire system, and where knowledge, connections, technologies, and successful solutions accumulate and reinforce each other.» That's exactly why the portfolio approach, the ecosystem, and the global community aren't three separate ideas for DigiU.

  • Eywa: Why the Project Shut Down. Part 1 Yesterday, the Eywa/CrossCurve team announced that development of the project is coming to an end. Eywa started its journey at DigiU Blockchain Lab before spinning off into an independent project with its own team, product strategy, funding, and investors. The project went through the WebWise Capital accelerator. WebWise Capital also helped the team break into the professional venture capital market and raise funding from dozens of external funds. DigiU community members also invested in Eywa through dedicated investment pools. The project was in development for nearly six years. Over that time, the team built working technology, launched products, pivoted strategies in search of monetization, raised capital, and tested various hypotheses. Eywa has won numerous international hackathons and startup competitions. There's one more important fact. The tokens belonging to the founders of Eywa and DigiU, as well as several major investors and funds, were locked in the DAO for the maximum possible duration. This meant that key participants tied their own financial outcomes to the project's long-term development and accepted the risk of its potential failure. This doesn't make the investment a success or erase the losses of other participants. But it's important for understanding the structure of involvement and the economic incentives of the key stakeholders. Why Didn't the Business Model Work Out? Over the course of six years, the market itself changed dramatically. The cross-chain space evolved from a relatively new technological niche into a highly competitive environment. A multitude of solutions emerged, and some of the top players secured hundreds of millions of dollars in funding, along with substantial liquidity, integrations, and major partnerships. Meanwhile, many features that could have supported standalone monetization just a few years ago became increasingly cheaper, with some becoming practically free. The Eywa team changed its product strategy several times, tested monetization models, explored new revenue streams, cut costs, and raised additional funding. Eywa CEO: «Over the past few years, we've tried everything to keep CrossCurve running: we changed our product strategy and business models, explored new revenue streams, cut costs, and raised additional funding. We looked at various scenarios and tried to find a model that would allow the project to operate sustainably.» But at a certain point, the question was no longer whether we could raise more money. The real question was: Is there a realistic scenario in which the next round of funding could actually lead the company to a sustainable business model? «If we could see even one realistic scenario today where additional investment could change CrossCurve's economics, we'd keep going. But after years of searching for such a scenario, we just don't have one. Continuing to raise capital just to keep the project alive would be the wrong decision.» Years of work, capital, and high expectations were invested in Eywa. But the volume of resources already invested can't justify further investment if there's no longer a compelling case for a sustainable business. Strong technology didn't translate into a sustainable business. That's exactly the outcome we believe we need to acknowledge. In Part 2 – we'll discuss what Eywa's story means for DigiU, the lessons learned over the years, and how our approach to future product and investment decisions has evolved.

Eywa: Project Shutting Down. DigiU's Position   Today, the Eywa/CrossCurve team announced that they are stopping development of the project.   Eywa started its journey at DigiU Blockchain Lab and became a key part of the ecosystem's history. The project was backed by a dedicated team, secured funding, and went through acceleration with WebWise Capital. It also attracted investment from professional VC funds and DigiU community members through dedicated investment pools.   A lot was riding on this project, and both the team and many investors had high expectations for it.   Ultimately, the project couldn't find a sustainable business model and fell short of the commercial results the DigiU team, the Eywa team, and investors were hoping for.   We understand this is disappointing news for many participants. We were hoping for a different outcome too, and we believe it would be wrong to stay silent or try to spin the situation.   🔜 Official statement from the Eywa team   For any questions directly related to the EYWA token, exchanges, project products, and next steps for users, we recommend reaching out to Eywa's official channels. The project team has the most up-to-date information and will be posting further instructions.   For our part, DigiU will be publishing a separate piece on Eywa's role in the ecosystem's history, the project's outcomes, and the lessons we've learned along the way.   We'll be publishing a dedicated article on this tomorrow.   Eywa will remain a part of DigiU's history – with its technology, achievements, expectations, and ultimate outcome.   It's important to honestly assess this experience, learn our lessons, and move forward.

💼 DigiU Shares, DigiU Deposits, and Separate Investment Pools: What Is the Difference?   DigiU offers several ways to put your capital to work. Each option serves a different purpose, comes with its own terms, and carries a distinct risk profile.   The primary way to participate in the ecosystem itself is by holding DigiU shares.   1. DigiU shares – participating in the growth of the entire ecosystem   DigiU shares, shown as DigiU Units in the new accounting system, tie your participation directly to the overall growth of the ecosystem.   This encompasses DigiU's proprietary products, including WebWisePay and DigiU Deposits, the WebWise Capital investment portfolio, infrastructure, educational projects, global partnerships, acquired assets, and future development areas.   The financial returns for shareholders can come from the growth in the ecosystem's overall value and its assets, profit distributions, and other mechanisms outlined in the participation terms.   In the future, we may also explore buybacks, converting shares into participation in specific successful projects, and other options.   Specific rights and participation terms are defined by the current Offer Terms in your Account.   2. DigiU Deposits – a standalone financial product   DigiU Deposits has been operating since 2020.   You deposit digital assets for a selected term and earn a yield in line with the product's terms.   This isn't trading, and the product isn't tied to market price fluctuations. Instead, it generates yields using DeFi, arbitrage, and other liquidity management strategies.   Right now, yields start at 10% annually and vary based on the selected term and deposit conditions.   This is neither a purchase of DigiU shares nor an investment in a standalone company.   🔜 More on DigiU Deposits   3. Standalone investment pools – investing in a specific company or project   From time to time, DigiU may open up investment opportunities in specific companies and projects to the community.   When doing this, DigiU analyzes the team, product, market, business model, legal structure, and deal terms. We also pool participants' capital to provide access to opportunities that are usually out of reach for individual retail investors.   However, DigiU's analysis doesn't guarantee success. Each participant must review the materials, assess the risks, and make their own investment decision.   Unlike DigiU shares, the financial outcome here hinges much more on the success of a single company. This means the risk is more concentrated, but the potential upside can be substantial if things go well.   In short:   DigiU shares – taking part in the growth of the entire ecosystem. DigiU Deposits – a standalone financial product. Investment pool – a standalone investment in a specific company or project.   These tools can complement each other, but they don't replace each other.   The next standalone opportunity – OmyPayments   Very soon, we'll be introducing OmyPayments as a standalone investment opportunity.   Before the pool opens, we'll publish a dedicated presentation covering the product, market, team, business model, participation terms, risks, and potential synergies with WebWisePay.   🔜 We recommend exploring the materials on OmyPayments:   🔹 First Part 🔹 Second Part DigiU shares remain the primary way to participate in the growth of the entire ecosystem. DigiU Deposits and standalone investment pools expand your toolkit, letting you choose different formats based on your goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.   #DigiU #DigiUDeposits

💼 WebWisePay: From Roadmap to Live Product   On June 27, we published the WebWisePay roadmap through the end of August.   We've completed a significant portion of the tasks for the current stage, and WebWisePay is now ready for everyday use.   WebWisePay lets you use crypto assets for everyday payments without having to cash out through exchanges and swap services every time.   What's Already Live   ✔️ WebWisePay crypto wallet; ✔️ Telegram App and Android app; ✔️ new virtual Visa cards; ✔️ Gasless Mode; ✔️ Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay where supported; ✔️ in-wallet cross-chain swaps; ✔️ referral program.   Our cards are already being used across Europe, Asia, Africa, and other regions.   🔜 June 27 Roadmap   🔜 Planned for rollout before the end of the current stage:   Transfers by card number – between WebWisePay users and between your own cards, including across different countries.   On-ramp / Off-ramp – the technical capability to buy and sell crypto assets with fiat currencies.   Physical DigiU and WebWisePay Visa cards. During this stage, we'll prepare the technical and organizational infrastructure for their issuance and open pre-orders.   Physical cards will allow you to withdraw cash from ATMs and make the product more accessible to users in countries where foreign virtual cards face restrictions in mobile payment services.   It's important to understand: technical readiness and a commercial launch are two different things.   In fintech, development is just one piece of the puzzle – you also need partner infrastructure, legal support, integrations, and ongoing operational expenses. That's why it makes sense to roll out certain features only after building a substantial user base.   🚀 Next Stage – From Product to Scale   Key focus areas:   🔹 reaching our first thousand active users and testing marketing channels; 🔹 load testing and security enhancements; 🔹 2FA and additional transaction confirmations; 🔹 integrating DigiU Deposits into the wallet; 🔹 loyalty and cashback programs; 🔹 the B2B segment and potential integration with OmyPayments; 🔹 global infrastructure and new markets.   The specific roadmap for the next stage will be finalized once the current one is complete.   The current stage is building the core infrastructure. The next one needs to prove WebWisePay's ability to scale and attract users.   📌 Why Now Is the Perfect Time to Get Involved   Today, we already have a fully functional wallet, cards, real-world payments, and international testing underway.   We've achieved far more tangible results than at the start of the funding round, yet the terms for the current stage are still in effect.   The third funding round is scheduled to wrap up by the end of August. Once we move on to the next stage, the price of DigiU shares will increase.   Plus, the next WebWisePay snapshot will take place on August 15.   Before the snapshot, you can buy a new package, upgrade your existing one, make an installment payment, or pay off your balance in full.   💰 Increase your DigiU shares and join the snapshot: https://lk.digiu.ai/shares-package   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Snapshot #Fintech

💎 Markets used to change over decades. Today, they change in years and months   Inventing the engine wasn't enough to make cars mainstream.   It took decades to build factories, roads, and gas stations, develop service infrastructure, and establish safety standards and traffic laws.   The internet spread much faster, but its path to mass adoption still took several decades. And even today, over a quarter of the global population remains offline.   But new technology markets now evolve by an entirely different set of rules.   In less than a decade, the blockchain industry has undergone several radical transformations.   In 2017, the spotlight was on ICOs, tokens, decentralization, and attempts to build an alternative to the traditional financial system. Crypto enthusiasts were the ones setting the tone for the market.   Since then, the industry has ridden several waves: DeFi, NFTs, GameFi, asset tokenization, tighter regulation, and the influx of major institutional capital.   Today, digital assets are available through regulated exchange tools and are even becoming part of national strategies and reserves in certain countries. Meanwhile, a dedicated legal framework is being built for payment stablecoins.   Artificial intelligence is evolving even faster.   The mass adoption of generative neural networks kicked off in late 2022. Now, new models and features are rolling out almost every month.   A single update from a major platform can completely transform professions, business models, or an entire category of startups.   ❗️New industries used to take decades to form. Today, an entire market can shift in just a few years, and a single technology can be revolutionized in a matter of months.   The world's largest corporations adapted to this reality long ago.   They build their core products in-house, but they don't try to develop absolutely everything internally. Instead, they invest in strong teams, acquire startups and technologies, and integrate them into their own ecosystems.   This is how capital, infrastructure, and access to the most promising technologies are becoming increasingly concentrated in the hands of major players.   🚀 DigiU adopted an ecosystem approach right from the start.   The idea isn't to build or fund a multitude of unrelated projects all at once.   An ecosystem needs a clear, immediate focus. Today, DigiU's focus is WebWisePay.   At the same time, an ecosystem must be able to spot strong external companies, invest in proven solutions, and integrate products so they amplify each other's value.   This level of opportunity is practically out of reach for any single individual.   But a global community that pools capital, a shared strategy, local market expertise, users, and business connections can operate on an entirely different scale.   DigiU CEO Alexey Ognev will dive deeper into this logic and explain how the ecosystem's products interconnect during an upcoming webinar for new members.   ‼️ Please note: due to technical reasons, the webinar release has been pushed back from August 7 to next week. We'll announce the exact date separately.   Technology will keep evolving whether we're involved or not. The question is whether we'll remain mere users of systems built by others, or become part of a community that helps create, develop, and co-own them.   Recommended viewing:   🔹 Post from August 3 – What Is DigiU Today?   🔹 Video Strategic Synergy: WebWisePay & OmyPayments   #DigiU #DigiUEcosystem #Fintech #AI #Blockchain

🌎 WebWisePay: How the International Community Helps the Product Grow   Yesterday, we started sharing what DigiU is all about today and why it's far more than just a collection of disconnected projects.   One of DigiU's most valuable assets is its international community. It provides the ecosystem with not just capital, but also early adopters, feedback, and the opportunity to test products across different countries and real-world scenarios.   Today, this is especially evident in the case of WebWisePay.   The cards have already been tested in Serbia, Croatia, Vietnam, and several African countries. Testing is currently underway in India, the CIS, and other regions.   We want to thank everyone who is issuing cards, making everyday purchases, and sharing feedback with the team. We truly appreciate it and haven't forgotten. Every purchase helps us verify payment stability, identify potential limitations, and improve the product before scaling it further.   The WebWisePay contest kicks off today   Its goal is to gather more real-world use cases for the card and bring in new users to stress-test the product.   In addition to the main WebWisePay contest prizes, DigiU will also select three extra winners and award them:   🥇 DigiU share package valued at $500;   🥈 DigiU share package valued at $250;   🥉 DigiU share package valued at $100.   When selecting the winners, DigiU will consider:   🔹actual purchases and card usage;   🔹creativity and video quality;   🔹post reach.   The detailed rules, deadlines, and participation terms are published in the official WebWisePay channel.   🔜 View the terms and take part   WebWisePay highlights one of DigiU's core ideas: the community can do more than just fund a product – it can become its first users, help test it, and prepare it for global scaling.   #DigiU #WebWisePay #DigiUEcosystem

💎 What DigiU Is Today? Over the past few weeks, hundreds of new subscribers have joined DigiU's official channels, and new members from across different countries and continents continue to register in the ecosystem. That's why in our upcoming posts, we'll break down what DigiU is today, how its directions are connected, and what the team is currently focused on. This series won't just be useful for newcomers. It will also help current investors and partners see the ecosystem as a whole and better understand its core vision and strategy. DigiU is not just a single product or a simple investment platform DigiU is a tech ecosystem that helps people explore, use, and become co-owners of products in the new digital economy across fields like artificial intelligence, blockchain, and fintech. These days, we use payment services, AI tools, financial apps, and digital platforms every day. We pay fees and subscriptions, drive demand, and help these technologies grow. Yet more often than not, we remain just users. Meanwhile, the real economic value goes to the technology owners – large corporations, funds, and professional investors. DigiU is taking a different approach We're creating a path that allows people not only to use new technologies but also to: 🔹 better understand how they work; 🔹 participate in their funding and development; 🔹 use the ecosystem's products; 🔹 become co-owners of an ecosystem that creates and acquires tech assets. An individual with a small amount of capital usually doesn't have access to early-stage tech opportunities, venture capital funds, or the creation of financial infrastructure. But a large international community, united by capital, networking, knowledge, and a shared strategy, gains access to a completely different level of opportunity. Over the past seven years, a community of more than 25,000 investors from 120 countries has formed around DigiU. This community is one of the ecosystem's most valuable assets. Seven Years of Growth and Market Experience The tech market is tough, and not every project that launches becomes a commercial success. Throughout its history, DigiU has launched and tested various tech and investment tracks. Ideas were transformed into real products and brought to market. Some of them achieved their goals, some were put on hold, and others required a rethink of their model and future strategy. This experience has shown just how crucial real users, solid product economics, strong partnerships, and the ability of different directions to reinforce one another really are. Blockchain and AI technologies should be seen simply as tools within products that have clear business models. What DigiU Is Focused on Today The ecosystem's current focus is on developing fintech products, investing in tech companies and funds, AI education, and building infrastructure that meets demand in international markets. Today, the main directions include WebWisePay, DigiU Deposits, WebWise Capital, and AI education. Through WebWise Capital, the ecosystem invests in over 30 tech projects. They aren't meant to exist as separate, disconnected projects. Their goal is to reinforce each other through technology, users, capital, integrations, investment expertise, and the international community. In our upcoming posts, we'll go into more detail about: 🔹 how DigiU's directions are connected; 🔹 the role each product plays; 🔹 the power of the community within DigiU's strategy; 🔹 what the team is currently focused on and what the future strategy holds. And on August 7, we'll release a special webinar for new members, where DigiU CEO Alexey Ognev will dive deeper into the big vision, the products, the strategy, and the next steps for the ecosystem's growth. DigiU is a journey from simply using technology to taking part in creating, developing, and co-owning it. #DigiU #DigiUEcosystem

⌛️ Today – WebWisePay Snapshot and Last Day of Special Pricing Today, July 31 at 23:59 UTC, investor participation in the next WebWisePay snapshot will be recorded. It will include any DigiU shares that by this time have been successfully purchased, paid for, and credited to your account. The more shares credited to your account by the cutoff date, the greater your participation recorded in the snapshot, which will count toward the distribution of extra WebWisePay benefits. Today also marks the end of the sale of a special pool of shares from canceled installment plans at $0.0032. Once it ends, the price will return to the standard rate for the current third funding round – $0.0036 per share. Before the snapshot is taken, you can: 🔹 purchase a new package; 🔹 upgrade your current package; 🔹 pay for your package in full; 🔹 make a regular or early payment; 🔹 clear any overdue payments; 🔹 pay off your installment plan in full and receive the remaining 70% of shares and package bonuses. Don't leave your payment until the last few hours: it needs time to process, and the shares must be credited to your account before the snapshot. 🔜 Increase your shares to participate in the snapshot #DigiU #Snapshots #DigiUEcosystem

🔵 What Is WebWisePay Snapshot and Why It Matters 💜 Over the past few weeks, hundreds of new subscribers have joined DigiU's official channels, and new members keep registering in the ecosystem. That's why not everyone may have seen our previous posts on how snapshots work. Yesterday, we shared how WebWisePay – the key product of the current funding round – is progressing. Today, we'll explain how the participation of those funding its development is recorded. What Is a Snapshot? A snapshot records an investor's participation as of a specific date. It takes into account the DigiU shares that were actually purchased, paid for, and credited to your account by the snapshot date. However, it's important to distinguish between the core value of the shares and the additional snapshot mechanics: DigiU shares grant co-ownership of the entire ecosystem, not just WebWisePay. Snapshots additionally record an investor's participation in funding WebWisePay's development. What Snapshots Can Offer Once the round is complete, snapshot results may be used to distribute additional WebWisePay-related opportunities. For example: 🔹 additional economic participation in WebWisePay – beyond co-ownership through DigiU shares; 🔹 special product terms and reduced fees; 🔹 participation in specific votes on WebWisePay's development; 🔹 other benefits for early and consistent participants. The exact model will be finalized after the round closes, taking into account: the total funding volume; WebWisePay's development progress; the number of shares purchased and credited; the dates and consistency of participation; the number of snapshots completed. Which Shares Are Counted With full payment for a package, all allocated shares are credited immediately. When paying in installments: 🔹 30% of the shares are distributed across payments and credited gradually; 🔹 the remaining 70% and package bonuses are credited once the installment plan is fully paid off. That's why the snapshot doesn't record the nominal value of the package you signed up for, but rather the number of shares actually credited by the cutoff date. If you pay off your installment plan early and the remaining shares are credited before the snapshot is taken, they will also be counted. Recommended Reading 🔜 More on WebWisePay Snapshots 🔜 Full Payment vs. Installment Plan: How Shares Are Credited In August, we'll also kick off a new series called «DigiU in Simple Terms», where we'll explain what DigiU is today, how its products and investment directions connect, and why it's a single ecosystem rather than just a collection of separate projects. Next Snapshot – July 31 The more shares you actually purchase and get credited before the snapshot is taken, the greater your participation volume will be in the upcoming snapshot. Act now to: 🔹 purchase a new package of shares; 🔹 upgrade your existing package; 🔹 pay for a new package in full; 🔹 make a regular or early installment payment; 🔹 clear any overdue payments; 🔹 pay off your installment plan in full and receive the remaining 70% of shares plus package bonuses. Don't leave your payment until the last few hours: it needs time to process, and the corresponding shares must be credited to your account before the snapshot is taken. Only 2 days left! 💙 Increase your shares to participate in the snapshot 💙 #DigiU #Snapshots #DigiUEcosystem

🚀 WebWisePay: Use Digital Assets in Real Life Digital assets are easy to store and transfer, but for everyday purchases, they often need to be exchanged for fiat currency and withdrawn via third-party services first. WebWisePay simplifies this process: USDT → WebWisePay wallet → virtual Visa card → everyday purchase. WebWisePay is the key product of DigiU's current funding stage. Over the past six weeks, the team has been steadily developing it according to the previously shared roadmap. 💵 New Visa Cards WebWisePay and DigiU cards were created taking into account the experience from the previous card program and operate on a model with mandatory KYC. They are significantly more stable, and the standard top-up fee has been reduced: 4.5% → 2.5% For owners of the first 1,000 new cards, a 1% fee applies, which will remain for early users even after the campaign ends. ✔️ Familiar Payments WebWisePay is already available: 🔹 in the Telegram app; 🔹 via the mobile app on Google Play; 🔹 with support for Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. The card can be used for online purchases, subscriptions, digital services, everyday spending, and paying for Meta and Google ad accounts. The availability of certain features depends on the country, device, and card type. ⚡️ Top-ups Without Extra Steps WebWisePay supports USDT top-ups via the BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, and Tron networks. Thanks to the gasless mode, when topping up the card from the WebWisePay wallet, you don't need to hold BNB, ETH, or TRX separately: the network fee is calculated and deducted in USDT. 🔒 Privacy WebWisePay does not share personal data, top-up information, or transaction data with third parties. Information is processed only to the extent necessary for the service to function, KYC verification, ensuring security, and compliance with applicable legal requirements. Disclosure of data to the relevant authorities is possible only when required by law. 💎 The Card Is Just the Beginning The launched cards, mobile app, payment services, and gasless mode are the foundation of a broader international fintech product. WebWisePay's potential includes internal transfers, deposits and withdrawals, physical cards, international payments, mobile money, QR payments, business solutions, integrations with DigiU products and external services, yield on unused balances, and loyalty programs. Some of these directions are included in the roadmap and will be launched as the infrastructure, partnerships, and necessary resources become ready. ⁉️What's Next The next task is to turn this new infrastructure into real product metrics, test it across hundreds of thousands of transactions, and ensure stability across different countries. Issue a card, use digital assets in real life, and help WebWisePay transition from a functional infrastructure to a scalable international product. 💙Pay for Package in Full or Installments: What’s the Difference? There are two ways to become a co-owner of the DigiU ecosystem: pay for a share package in full upfront or set up an installment plan. Each option has its own advantages, and the share allocation process differs. 💰Full Payment With full payment, all shares in the package are allocated immediately. Depending on the package you choose, you can receive an additional bonus – up to 20% extra shares. Plus, all the rewards included in your package become available in the Reward Center. Learn more about the Reward Center. ✍️Installment Plan An installment plan lets you spread the cost of the package over several months and lock in: – the current share price; – the terms of the current funding stage; – the option to increase your package later under the terms of your installment plan. As you make payments, your allocated shares participate in snapshots in accordance with the rules of each specific event. Here's what you need to know: – 30% of the package shares are distributed across all payments and allocated gradually; – the remaining 70% of the shares are allocated after the final payment is made and the installment plan is fully paid off; – any bonuses included in the package are also allocated after the installment plan is fully paid off. 📊Calculation Example Let's say a $2,000 package includes 1,000,000 shares and is set up on a 10-month installment plan. 30% of the package is 300,000 shares. This amount is spread across ten payments, so you receive 30,000 shares after each one. Once the final payment is made and the installment plan is fully paid off, the following are allocated: – 30,000 shares for the final payment; – the remaining 700,000 shares in the package; – any bonuses included in the package. This way, once the installment plan is fully paid off, you receive all 1,000,000 shares along with the corresponding bonuses. ⁉️Why 70% of the Shares Are Allocated at the End An installment plan isn't just a way to split up payments – it's a mutual commitment between the investor and the company. Investors lock in the terms and commit to following the agreed payment schedule. The company, in turn, factors ongoing installment payments into its budgeting, resource allocation across projects, investment planning, and product development pacing. For its part, DigiU commits to consistently developing the ecosystem, expanding into new markets, launching products, and creating long-term value for co-owners. Allocating the majority of the package after the installment plan is fully paid off reflects this principle: 70% of the shares are transferred to the investor once all commitments have been met. 💵If Your Financial Situation Changes The installment plan is a long-term arrangement. We understand that the global landscape and an investor's financial circumstances can change over time. If the original payment schedule no longer aligns with your current financial capacity, you can restructure your installment plan: extend the term and lower your regular payments. The locked-in share price and the terms of the funding round remain unchanged. This way, you'll retain the right to secure the main 70% tranche of shares and claim all the bonuses included in your package. To restructure your plan, please contact support: support@digiu.ai. Only shares that have actually been purchased and allocated participate in snapshots. You can check your installment plan status, payment history, and the number of allocated shares in your DigiU Account. ——— 💎 To read the post in your native language, go to your Account.

🎤 Part Two of the OmyPayments Podcast Is Now Available In the first part, we examined OmyPayments as a standalone business: the problem it solves, how its product works, who its clients are, and what its business model is built on. In part two, we move to the key question: can OmyPayments become not only an investment opportunity, but also strategically strengthen WebWisePay and the wider DigiU ecosystem? DigiU CEO Alexey Ognev, General Partner of WebWise Capital Alexander I, and OmyPayments CEO Artem Avdeev discuss: 🔹 the potential areas of synergy between OmyPayments and WebWisePay; 🔹 which elements of OmyPayments’ payment infrastructure may support the further development of WebWisePay; 🔹 how international payouts, corporate cards, and B2B payment scenarios could expand the product’s capabilities; 🔹 what DigiU can offer OmyPayments beyond capital — access to an international community, users, partners, and new markets; 🔹 why WebWise Capital evaluates not only a company’s financial potential, but also its strategic fit within the ecosystem. This approach reflects the DigiU model: the ecosystem not only develops its own products, but may also invest in companies whose technologies, teams, and markets can accelerate its growth. DigiU and WebWise Capital are currently considering OmyPayments as a potential investment opportunity. The final decision will depend on the results of the investment analysis, the terms of the deal, the strategic synergy, and the available investment capacity. We will also take into account the interest and feedback of the DigiU community. This does not replace professional due diligence, but it will help us evaluate demand and determine whether it makes sense to prepare a separate opportunity for direct participation in OmyPayments. If such a round is approved, its terms, legal structure, and investment materials will be presented separately. It is important to distinguish between three consecutive stages: potential investment → strategic partnership → product integration Watch part two to learn which areas of cooperation the teams are discussing and which questions still need to be examined before a decision is made. 🔜 Watch part two 🔜 Watch part one After watching, share your thoughts in the comments: which aspects of OmyPayments should we explore in greater detail before making an investment decision? ▶️ Follow WebWise Capital Analytics for deeper analysis, portfolio review, podcasts, market trends, regulatory developments, and insights into how major events may affect the market #DigiU #OmyPayments #WebWiseCapital #WebWisePay #FinTech ——— 💎 To read the post in your native language, go to your Account.

💜 WebWisePay makes using digital assets in everyday life effortless   WebWisePay lets you top up virtual Visa cards with USDT via the BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, and Tron networks.   Typically, making a blockchain transaction requires users to hold the native token of the selected network just to pay the gas fee – such as BNB, ETH, or TRX.   WebWisePay features a gasless mode: when topping up your card from the WebWisePay wallet, you don't need to hold any native tokens. The network fee is calculated and deducted in USDT.   This isn't just a technical feature. The gasless mode cuts down on the number of steps and removes a key barrier to using your card for the first time.   The easier it is for users to complete the journey:   KYC → card issuance → top-up → first purchase → regular use,   the higher the product engagement, transaction volume, and potential for WebWisePay to scale even further.   As a reminder, participants in the current funding round who have accumulated payments of $100 or more can claim a promo code in the Reward Center to issue a DigiU/WebWisePay virtual card for free.   For the holders of the first 1,000 new Visa virtual cards, there's also a special top-up fee – 1% instead of the standard 2.5%. These terms will remain in place for early users even after the campaign ends.   🔜 A detailed guide on how to top up your card is available in the official WebWisePay channel   Start using the product you co-own: issue your card, top it up with digital assets, and pay for everyday expenses. 💎 To read the post in your native language, go to your Account.
