Dear Sir, Please forward this message to Top management of Company. I am writing to express deep concern over the 2.5 year delay in onboarding candidates who received LOIs from DXC Technology. Despite assurances of onboarding everyone by March 2024, there has been no update, domain training, or clarity on our status. This prolonged uncertainty has caused severe financial distress including mental harassment, and career stagnation for many of us. We trusted DXC’s commitment, yet the silence is deeply disappointing. We request an immediate update on our onboarding timeline, transparent communication on delays, and possible compensation for the hardships faced. Please acknowledge this message and provide a resolution at the earliest.
