The Elephant as Jupiter’s Cosmic Vehicle In Vedic tradition, Jupiter (Brihaspati or Guru), elephants (Gaja), and golden light converge as supreme symbols of divine wisdom, immense spiritual weight, and boundless grace. Jupiter is the celestial teacher radiating a golden hue (Kanchan Sannibham), the elephant is his majestic vehicle carrying royal abundance, and golden light represents the pure awakening of consciousness. Jupiter’s frequency is inextricably tied to yellow, saffron, and pure liquid gold. His core dhyana mantra describes him as kāñcana-sannibham—one who shines like molten gold. An elephant combines massive physical mass with silent, deliberate, and intelligent movement. In Vedic thought, Jupiter is the heaviest, most expansive planet; like an elephant, its wisdom does not rush, scatter, or panic, but stabilizes everything it touches. Join @EARTHSEEDERS
Slim Spurling explains how tensor rings interact with the human energy field, and helping to clear the aura and restore energetic balance. More than just personal healing tools, he suggests these rings can support harmony on a larger scale - offering a potential path to understanding and unity between nations. Join @EARTHSEEDERS
The Secret Keeper of the Rainforest The Binturong The binturong holds a vital key to the survival of Southeast Asian rainforests. The binturong is one of the few animals with digestive enzymes powerful enough to soften a notoriously tough strangler fig seed shell without destroying the seed inside. When the binturong excretes the seeds throughout the forest, it essentially plants the next generation of trees. Without the binturong, the entire ecosystem's structure would suffer. The Enigma of Embryonic Diapause Female binturongs possess a rare reproductive superpower known as embryonic diapause. If a female mates but environmental conditions are poor (like a shortage of food or bad weather), she can "pause" her pregnancy. The fertilized embryo stops developing and waits inside her womb until the perfect time. When the season improves, she triggers the pregnancy to resume, ensuring her cubs are born into a world with plentiful food. The Mystery of the Buttered Popcorn Scent One of the binturong's most famous and bizarre secrets is its smell. If you walk into a rainforest or an exhibit housing a binturong, you will instantly smell hot, freshly buttered popcorn. This scent comes from a chemical compound in their urine. This is the exact same chemical compound that gives hot popcorn its delicious aroma. They drip urine onto their long tails and feet to drag the scent across branches, leaving a "perfume trail" to mark territory and communicate with other binturongs in the dark canopy. https://www.wildlifedb.com/animals/binturong Join @EARTHSEEDERS

August 27th is a Full Moon and a deep Partial Lunar Eclipse —93% of the moon goes blood red — and it's visible right over Devils Tower, Wyoming. Join EarthSeeders at Devils Tower, Bear Lodge. Devils Tower is a spiritual place called Bear Lodge, where the legend is that 7 girls escaped a bear by climbing the Tower and became the Pleiades — on the 27th you will experience the moon turn red directly above it! Here is our itinerary — Aug 26th arrival + Aug 27th eclipse as the main night: *AUG 26 - Arrival / Grounding* - Afternoon: Stop at Joyner Ridge trailhead first. - Sunset: Joyner Ridge Trail. The Tower glows from the back side. Sunrise/Sunset Sunrise around 6:10am / Sunset 7:45pm on the 26th/27th. Golden light hits the columns perfectly! Night: No moon yet early evening — perfect for stars, the 7 sisters (Pleiades) on top. If you can only pick one day, pick the 27th and stay past midnight. *AUG 27 - Eclipse Day* 5:45am: Be at the Tower Trail parking lot before sunrise (6:15am). We walk the full silent clockwise circumambulation. Stop at the east side where the prayer bundles are, just listen. Visit to the Belle Fourche River — that's where the sweetgrass for ceremonies is gathered. 7:44pm: Sunset. Gather at the west boulder field, sit on the fallen columns. 8:07pm - 1:01am: Eclipse. Moonrise is in the east-southeast at 8:07pm already in eclipse. By 10:12pm maximum, it will be high over the Tower, red. The Tower will be lit by moonlight but the sky goes dark. This is when Bear Lodge is traditionally used for vision — darkness, bear, stars. Bring a blanket, no flashlight, no music. Just be there for it. The Lakota say during an eclipse the moon is being helped — it's a time for deep prayer, ceremony, not asking for things. Stand. Face East (the place of new beginnings) Hands over your heart. Say the following: The Gate has not closed. It now lives within me. The Sun has not disappeared. It now rises from my own heart. I walk forward carrying neither certainty nor fear. I carry Presence. I carry Love. I carry the Golden Thread. And wherever I walk, May I remember that every step is a blessing. So Be It and So It Is. Aho Join @EARTHSEEDERS More info: EarthSeeders@gmail.com

Throughout this month, we will explore sacred alignments bringing our thoughts, actions, and intentions into greater harmony with the wisdom of our hearts. With the solar and lunar eclipse, we are invited to release what no longer supports that harmony and allow ourselves to move forward with greater lightness and trust. Nature teaches us this sacred rhythm. The tides rise and fall. The river follows its path. The Moon knows when to reveal her fullness and when to return to darkness. Everything in nature knows when to hold on and when to let go. As we continue to navigate through the external chaos of our world, we are remembering that same wisdom. May we remember that the greatest journeys are not always measured in miles travelled, but in the quiet moments when we return home to ourselves. May your heart remain open. May your path be illuminated. May you walk gently upon this beautiful Earth. Join @EARTHSEEDERS
Glacial Flour | Iceland The braided glacial rivers of Iceland look like colorful abstract art when seen from the sky. Meltwater from massive glaciers carries fine rock dust, called glacial flour, which creates striking blue, green, and milky white patterns as it flows across dark volcanic sand. Best Places to See Them South Coast (Skeiðarársandur): The largest outwash plain in Iceland, filled with massive braided river networks. Highlands (Þórsmörk / Landmannalaugar): Aerial views reveal incredible color contrasts between green valleys, black sand, and blue glacial streams. Join @EARTHSEEDERS

The Japanese line multiplication method uses visual sets of parallel and intersecting bars to represent digits. By drawing lines for each number and counting where they cross, you group the intersection points by place value to find the final product without standard memorized multiplication tables. Watch this brief video to see how lines are drawn and grouped to calculate the outcome visually. Join @EARTHSEEDERS

The birth of a rare white bison is viewed by many Indigenous nations as a sacred symbol of hope, renewal, and a spiritual warning to live in balance with the Earth. In indigenous cultures white animals are portrayed as messengers. In Lakota and Hopi lore, white bison herald the "Purification Time" – a vibrational escalation where Earth sheds discordant frequencies, birthing unity consciousness. For many Plains peoples, white animals in general are messengers — they are the ones who have never lost their connection, so they can carry messages between worlds. For Hopi — there is a teaching of the Purification Time, Koyaanisqatsi — when the world is out of balance - and signs that humanity must choose a new path to survive into the next world.
