The way they underestimated Iran is tragic. I doubt sanctions will achieve anything. Iran has been surviving under sanctions for decades. They are extremely resilient, calculating and prepared for all of this. If it turns out that Trump is a traitor working for Israel all along, Iran might be the only nation standing against Pax Judeica… I honestly hope this is not the case, but I’ve been around too long not to know that anything is possible in this insane matrix. The red line for me will be if Trump signs the NDAA allowing effectively the merger between the US and Israeli military. To me that will be nail in the coffin. Let’s see…

Back in July 10th 2023, Trump was given the Torah Crown, honouring him as the ‘King of the Jews’… In 1979 a man by the name of Leslie Donald Epstein, published a book titled ‘King of the Jews’. It is a novel set in a Jewish ghetto in Nazi occupied Poland during the Holocaust. The book’s first chapter is titled “The Golden Age.” (Who keeps talking these days about the ‘Golden Age’…?) At the centre of the story is I.C. Trumpelman, a charismatic con man who is appointed head of the ghetto’s Jewish Council, the Judenrat. Granted authority over his fellow Jews, Trumpelman gradually builds his own authoritarian regime, placing his image on money and stamps and deciding who will be sacrificed to the Nazis in the belief that doing so might save others. Among the other characters is Mosk, a wealthy mill owner and influential businessman within the ghetto. As his power grows, the line between survival, collaboration and tyranny becomes increasingly difficult to distinguish. On October 7th, 2024, Trump visited the grave of Rabbi Schneerson (the Lubavitcher Rebbe) in Queens. Though the rabbi died in 1994, many of his followers believe that he is the real Jewish messiah. This visit confused many Christian voters at the time.

I have often excused some of Trump’s actions with regards to Israel under the ‘keeping your enemies closer’ tactic, but I have to be honest, I’m not sure that it can explain everything that has transpired in the last two years. The war with Iran at Israel’s behest was a step too far for me. It’s made me revisit Trump’s past actions from a different lense and it’s looking pretty dodgy… How much closer can you keep your ‘enemies’ before you become one of them? And yes, I think it has become self evident that it’s Israel, not Russia, not Iran, not North Korea… that is the enemy of the world. Call me whatever you want… I stopped caring about labels a looooong time ago.

Using their money to dismantle them? Or to assist them? Time will tell, but thus far… not looking good.
