The bar charts compare how many men and women, in different age groups, in a certain country in 2006 pursued part-time and full-time education. Overall, part-time education was by far the most common among all age cohorts, except for 30 and over, where full-time students constituted larger proportions. Notably, those aged 20-24 accounted for the largest share of students in both part-time and full-time, especially the former. Of particular note is that the same percentage of women chose part-time and full-time education among those aged 25-29. Turning to the male students, 40% of males opted for the part-time education, making it the leading age cohort –  four times higher than that of full-time counterparts, at just around 12%. 13% of students aged 15-19 chose part-time study, while about 8% of those preferred full-time. The 30+ age group had almost the same number of people, with respective figures representing approximately 8% and 10%. Around 8% of those aged 25-29 opted for part-time education; only 5% of them went for full-time. As for the female students, again the 20-24 age group topped the list, constituting about 42% and 12%, respectively. 16% of those aged 15-19 chose part-time, and merely 7% preferred full-time.   30 + age cohort was the only category, where full-time students made up the largest percentage at just over 10%, although around 7% of those opted for part-time. Interestingly, both types of education attracted the same figures of students from those aged 25-29.

Overall, Europe was by far the largest consumer, followed distantly by North America, while Africa recorded the smallest consumption figure. It is also clear that Europe and Asia produced considerably higher tones of potatoes than other regions; the reverse was true for South and Central America. As for the consumption, Europe took the lead with a whopping 96.1 kg per person. It was followed by North America at 57.9 kg per capita, securing the second position. The other regions consumed relatively lower amounts of potatoes, with Asia making up 25.8 kg and South and Central America accounting for 23.6 kg. Africa, on the other hand, consumed the least amount of potatoes, at merely 14.1 kg per person. In terms of production, Asia led the chart at 131.2 million tonnes, just ahead of Europe, which constituted 126.3 million tonnes. North America ranked as the third producer of potatoes, amounting to 24.7 million tonnes, while Africa and South and Central America harvested smaller amounts, with their respective figures representing 16.4 and 15.6 million tonnes. 191 words.
