"will not" or "do not" 1️⃣ “The car will not start”. We use 'sth will not ...' to describe refusal or failure to happen, often for machines or people. Meaning: The car is trying to start but fails to, or is refusing to work. Example: - “The printer won’t print.” → The printer is not functioning.
