We are currently looking for a HSE Lead to join our clients team who are building a large scale industrial facility/site and once it goes into production, there will be over 6000 people on site! This is a rotational role (8 weeks on / 3 weeks off), offering a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on safety performance in a complex industrial environment. Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you will: Lead and supervise the HSE team during the commissioning phase. Oversee the implementation of HSE programs Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Drive safety training and emergency preparedness across the site. Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, legislation, and project requirements. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in HSE roles. 5+ years in mining, construction, or heavy industry. 3+ years of leadership/managerial experience. Strong knowledge of HSE systems, compliance, and documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and risk assessment abilities. Fluent in English.
