Subscapularis muscle: Origin : subscapular fossa Insertion: lesser tubercle of humars. Innervation: upper and lower subscapular nerve المتفرع من ( C5_C6) Movement: medial rotation of the head of the humars . Blood supply: subscapular artery

Pectoralis Major: - Origin: - Clavicular head: Medial half of the clavicle. - Sternal head: Sternum, the superior six costal cartilages, and the aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle. - Insertion: - Lateral lip of the bicipital groove (intertubercular sulcus) of the humerus. - Innervation: - Lateral pectoral nerve (C5, C6, C7) and Medial pectoral nerve (C8, T1).

Rhomboid Major: - Origin: - Spinous processes of the T2 to T5 vertebrae. - Insertion: - Medial border of the scapula, between the spine of the scapula and the inferior angle. - Innervation: - Dorsal scapular nerve (C4 and C5).

Rhomboid Minor: - Origin: - Spinous processes of C7 and T1 vertebrae. - Insertion: - Medial border of the scapula, at the level of the spine of the scapula. - Innervation: - Dorsal scapular nerve (C4 and C5).

Pectoralis Minor: - Origin: - Anterior surfaces of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th ribs near their costal cartilages. - Insertion: - Coracoid process of the scapula. - Innervation: - Medial pectoral nerve (C8, T1).

Trapezius muscle: Origin: - External occipital protuberance of the occipital bone. - Nuchal ligament. - Spinous processes of the seventh cervical vertebra (C7) and all thoracic vertebrae (T1-T12). Insertion: - Lateral third of the clavicle. - Acromion of the scapula. - Spine of the scapula

Latissimus Dorsi: - Origin:   - Spinous processes of T7-T12 vertebrae.   - Thoracolumbar fascia.   - Iliac crest (posterior part).   - Inferior three or four ribs.   - Inferior angle of the scapula (variable). - Insertion:   - Floor of the intertubercular sulcus (bicipital groove) of the humerus.

Supraspinatus - Origin:   - Supraspinous fossa of the scapula. - Insertion:   - Superior facet of the greater tubercle of the humerus. - Innervation:   - Suprascapular nerve, arising from the C5 and C6 spinal nerves.

Infraspinatus: - Origin: - Infraspinous fossa of the scapula. - Insertion: - Middle facet of the greater tubercle of the humerus. Innervation: - Suprascapular nerve, arising from the C5 and C6 spinal nerves

Teres Minor - Origin: - Lateral border of the scapula. - Insertion: - Inferior facet of the greater tubercle of the humerus. - Innervation: - Axillary nerve, arising from the C5 and C6 spinal nerves.

Deltoid - Origin: - Anterior fibers: Lateral third of the clavicle. - Middle fibers: Acromion of the scapula. - Posterior fibers: Spine of the scapula. - Insertion: - Deltoid tuberosity of the humerus. - Innervation: - Axillary nerve, arising from the C5 and C6 spinal nerves.

serratus posterior: Origin: - Spinous processes of the lower cervical (C7) and upper thoracic vertebrae (T1-T3). - Insertion: - The superior borders of the 2nd to 5th ribs. Innervation: The muscle is innervated by the intercostal nerves (specifically the 2nd to 5th intercostal nerves), which arise from the anterior rami of the thoracic spinal nerves
