Did you have that one student in your college or school who would never be seen studying, but would still end up getting excellent grades? I sure did. And looking at his carefree attitude, even I used to take my studies lightly many times. While I was able to copy his attitude, my results were nowhere close to his. It was only in the final year that I found out how he managed to score well in spite of being free all the time. Turns out, he was taking tuitions of every subject in our summer vacations. Moreover, he used to wake up early every morning and study before we were even awake! Similarly, when you see people carefree about their money, spending lavishly on their luxuries, don't forget that you have no idea about their actual finances. They might have saved enough to last a long time, or might have SIPs in place for all their goals. By the time you realise this, it will be too late. Don't copy lavish spending habits, copy investing habits that will truly make you stress free for life.

Do you try to time the market ???? Read the Very Intresting story..... I attended a birthday party with a gathering of about 30 people. I sat at the front seat. A lady started distributing food. She started from the back and unfortunately, it didn't get to us sitting at the front. Another lady started sharing the drinks, she started from the front but unfortunately I had already moved to sit at the back. Again the drink didn't get to me. I was so furious that I stood up to take my leave but then I saw three ladies each with a big bowl. This time, I tried to be wise by sitting at the middle. One of the ladies started the sharing from the front, the second lady started distributing from the back. The two ladies were sharing fried turkey. When they got to the middle where I was seated, it got finished again! Feeling so frustrated I bent my head, putting my face in my hands... but then the third lady tapped me and stretched her bowl for me to pick. I stretched and put my hands inside the bowl... Guess what was in the bowl? Toothpicks. 🌸Moral: DO NOT TRY TO TIME THE MARKETS. 🚀🚀👺
We always talk about creating assets. Before that, we need to understand that an asset isn't necessarily something huge. A commercial property you own can be an asset. Your mutual fund holdings of ₹5,000/- are also an asset. Don't go looking for assets by taking liabilities (loans). Start small, start right
You go to the market to buy your ration for a month. Then, you calculate that on an average, you spend Rs.10,000/- per month on ration and groceries. After one year, will you get the items in the same amount? No! At 7% inflation, one year from now the same shopping list will cost Rs.10,700/-. Now if your invested Rs.10,000/- become more than Rs.10,700/-, you will be able to buy more. If not, you need to look for better investment avenues.
What is the biggest expenditure most of us will make in life? If you said it’s a car, you are wrong. If you think it will be on health and medical; that is avoidable with the right insurance. If you are sure no expenses are bigger than that of a house, you are still missing something. The biggest expense is retirement
I do not advocate not spending, not enjoying. I strongly advocate knowing what will give you happiness.

Saving has such a negative connotation to it because it is associated with sacrifice. But what is the sacrifice for? Find that driver. Once you know what you truly want to spend your money on, then you can cut costs mercilessly on the things you care less about, and invest with a focus. FIND THE WHY. The discipline in spending, saving, and investing – all will come only if you know why you are doing it. Investing is NOT an end in itself. You invest for a purpose. That purpose will drive you. So, ask yourself, what is it that I want my money to do for me? What is it that I really would love to have? What would I spend my money on once it compounds? There is no right and wrong. Don’t try to save because your father is telling you to Everyone has financial goals
Knowledge is not power. Application of that knowledge is power.
Why have we slowly shifted towards necessarily spending 1000s of rupees on socialising? It is like it has impossible to even meet friends without burning a tiny hole your pocket. Just a few years back, social outings on a cup of tea were equally fun
“Rejection Proof" Book Introduction - This Book is Authored by Jia Jiang. In this book author states that when you are not afraid of rejection and it feels like you have nothing to lose, amazing things can happen. Learning's from the BOOK Rejection Is Human: Rejection is a human interaction with two sides. It often says more about the rejector than the rejectee, and should never be used as the universal truth and sole judgment of merit Rejection Is an Opinion: Rejection is an opinion of the rejector. It is heavily influenced by historical context, cultural differences, and psychological factors. There is no universal rejection or acceptance. Ask “Why” Before Good-bye: Sustain the conversation after the initial rejection. The magic word is “why,” which can often reveal the underlying reason for the rejection and present the rejectee with the opportunity to overcome the issue. Acknowledge Doubts: By admitting obvious and possible objections in your request before the other person, one can increase the trust level between the two parties. Motivation: Rejection can be used as one of the strongest motivations to fuel someone’s fire for achievement Freedom to Accept Yourself: Our inner need for approval-seeking forces us to constantly look for acceptance from other people. Yet the people from whom we need acceptance the most is ourselves.

Money earned through a day’s hard work, and money won in a lottery should be spent or invested with the same care.
Whenever you are told something that you know will benefit you if you do it: Don't forget that the benefits are yours if you take action, and so are the losses if you don't.
Passive income isn't about the amount today. It is about the amount today, and about the scale tomorrow.
We do a lot to make our kids financially secure, but that will happen in the long-run only if our kids understand money properly. There are ways to teach your children. No amount of money or opportunities you hand over to them will help them stay rich if they don’t have proper understanding.
“Unlimited Power" Book Introduction - This Book is Authored by Anthony Robbins. In this book author states that unlimited power is the ability to produce the results you desire most and create value for others in the process. Learning's from the BOOK Action is what unites every great success. Knowledge is only potential power until it comes into the hands of someone who knows how to get himself to take effective action. How you feel is not the result of what is happening in your life—it is your interpretation of what is happening. The way we communicate with others and the way we communicate with ourselves ultimately determine the quality of our lives. When handled effectively, beliefs can be the most powerful forces for creating good in your life. Ask yourself, “What would I attempt to do if I knew I could not fail?
