As we speak many asked me about my comments on the Dubai Property Market: I will be very straight: any unit still trading at 2023–2024 prices is, in my opinion, an absolute bargain for the mid to long term. If you are paying 2025–2026 prices, you will likely need more patience before seeing serious appreciation, but that does not change my overall view of the market. The market remains stable, and I believe the secondary market has most likely already bottomed after its approximately 5% decline. Many expected the correction to be far worse, but think about what actually happened: we went through a war, and despite all the uncertainty surrounding it, secondary-market prices declined by only around 5%. The fact that the market absorbed an event of that magnitude with such a limited correction is, to me, an extremely bullish sign. Personally, I am currently focusing much more on opportunities in the secondary market rather than off-plan units. This is simply my personal view and strategy.

Almost everybody I speak to tells me the same thing: “I am waiting for the 4-year cycle.” Beautiful. So now retail believes Bitcoin will politely wait another 52 days and deliver the bottom exactly on October 6th, on the 365th day, because apparently the market has become a room-service business. This is pure peasant thinking , only a fool thinks this way! The market is the king. Retail is the servant. The servant does not tell the king when dinner will be served. The market owes you absolutely nothing. It does not care that you sold too late, waited too long, or became greedy because somebody showed you a cycle chart. Also the most paradox part: The same people screaming about the 4-year cycle today were completely missing when Bitcoin was sitting around $125K.. I remember them saying “this time is different.” Suddenly Bitcoin was going to $200K, $300K, $500K. Why? Greed ! Now fear is everywhere, and suddenly these same people have rediscovered religion and believe the 4-year cycle will personally hand them the bottom on October 6th. At the top they rejected the signal because they wanted higher prices. At the bottom they worship the signal because they want lower prices. Same greed. And it’s the absolute same loser mentality and that’s why the market doesn’t entertain those peasants

Some thoughts, very simple thoughts and so easy to understand: I expect generational wealth from Circle stock. It trades around $70 today, and I see it above $400. The thesis is very simple: in the 2024–2025 cycle, Solana reached roughly $138B in market cap while a huge part of the activity was driven by meme coins and pure speculation. So Cats and Dog meme coins brought SOLANA $138bn in market cap, so what will circle do with its tokenization, and extreme large BlackRock back up ? Circle sits around $20B today , think about it friends, think and speak afterwards! 20 BILLION USD! One of the most important regulated stablecoins in the world, while earning revenue from the reserves behind it and positioning itself directly inside the future of tokenized finance. If stocks, T-bills and other real-world assets increasingly move on-chain and settle through stablecoins, Circle is sitting right in the middle of that infrastructure. If Circle simply reaches a valuation similar to what Solana achieved at its peak, and it will reach that level and higher, that would already imply roughly $460–$540 per share, around a 6–7x from here. One was largely a speculative casino for memes and managed to accumulate $138bn at the peak and circle is the infrastructure for our new world of finance. That asymmetry is why I like it so much. Most people will understand the story at $300 and chase it at $400, $500 and higher The opportunity is understanding it at $70, NOW! I would even argue that I was one of the first to speak about it publicly, especially when it came to explaining just how close we actually are. Ask yourself: one month ago, were you reading anywhere near this much about tokenization as you are right now? Who was the first giving the hints on CRCL, COIN and ETH ? Very Interesting Chart: Left: IBIT, INVERTED, BlackRock’s BTC ETF, on the daily chart. Since 2025, it has been following the exact same Bitcoin bull market pattern from 2023 to the 2025 top, the same patterns, just on different time frames. So if it follows the 2025 peak pattern we should see a drop on the IBIT chart, and as its an inversed chart it would mean the IBIT price will go to the upside! It’s important to note that there was no correlation between both charts at any point, as one chart covers 2023–2025/2026, while the other only covers 2025–2026. Yet, the repetition of patterns on the BlackRock chart can be seen almost exactly as in Bitcoin’s behavior starting in 2023. On the right: Bitcoin’s bull market chart from 2023 until today.

Longs are built once bottom was confirmed and we have not seen key indicators confirming it yet, and I speak about strong key indicators, There is no point in longing the exact bottom as leverage will result as friend. Its more important to build a foundation, a foundation of spot that cant be liquidated. Imagine those who thought to have bought the bottom in 2019 and been liquidated on the COVID crash. And same as October 2025, most of stop loss did not work for most. Longs can be always taken in good times, but in current times of extreme volatility, I prefer to build a foundation rather than betting all on leverage trades, and this is my strategy of trading and everyone is responsible for his own strategy

$ETH: ETH tried to breakout above the golden line in the last four weeks but failed each time. The strong resistance is at $1920 and since the start of the bear market in October 2025, ETH never reclaimed this level back and was always rejected on it.
