Do you think Fii ( foreign investor ) come back in 2026-27?

Back to the fundamental question, Will Nifty do good in coming years? Yes , there is much better chance ! Why? Fii position has already come down, they cannot keep on selling. Their holding % was about 24% in 2024 and come down to 15% in 2026. There are 2 category of Fii, 1 for long term and another for short term. I believe short term is already gone ! may be another 2 to 3% max. On the other hand, India valuation become attractive due to PE contraction. Companies are making money , but stock price is not moving up that much. The fundamental says, as long as companies make money, the stock price will move up for sure. Only thing, some drag will be there....Happy investing 🌷

Also the GDP vs Market returns are, India GDP in past 2 years 7.1 + 7.3 = 14.4 but stock market growth is just 1% US GDP in past 2 years 2.8 + 2.1 = 4.9 but stock market growth is 42.7% Pak GDP in past 2 years 3.1 + 3.2 = 6.3 but the stock market growth is 131.3% What this shows? GDP is not a co-relation to growth of the market ! ...case closed ! What could be the main reason for such a bad under performance of Indian Stock market? Huge Fii selling in the past 2 years, it is about 4 lakh crore in Aug 24 to Aug 26. Rest of the reasons are very common to all the countries like War, Crude etc etc.

This is an interesting analysis. We normally think GDP growth drive market proportionately. Say if the GDP of the country is growing at 5% and the stock market may give about 7% normally. This assumption or the past trend is questioned with the below facts. Can you guess what is the Nifty return in past 2 years? It is hardly 0.5%. Another interesting factor is that i compared with US and Pakistan ! Just see below graph ! India at 0.5%, US at 19.5% and Pak at 52.1% yearly growth ! Pak got 131% in just 2 years ! Wow ! what a great performance by PAK. ( i do not like pak, but like their stock market return )

AI handles 70% of ICICI Lombard Insurance’s customer calls ! This shows the real world application of AI already penetrated industries very well. This applies to all type of customer calls from industries. There are many small companies provide such support services. Soon they will come to IPO and has potential to become multi bagger. Just watch a name called " Towards Vision Technologies Pvt Ltd is unlisted," There are already some listed companies, who work closely with various AI related application are, "Which listed Indian stock could benefit from the growth of AI-powered call centres?" 1. Tanla Platforms — strongest direct thematic fit 2. Route Mobile — strong communications/CPaaS exposure 3. Mphasis — AI + enterprise customer experience 4. Persistent Systems — AI/digital engineering 5. Tech Mahindra — large existing contact-centre/telecom exposure Some of the above went up very good and fell down badly. What is the good Strategy in stock market to make money? This is one of my top analysis aim for many many years. We have known through many experts that long term investment is best among all type of investment strategy in stock market. We can say one the world best investor Warren buffet also suggest life long investment ! Mostly he will not sell in many cases and they all turn out to be big multi bagger ! To some extent it is valid and there are many exception to this. I wish show you one of the case study with the details. Few years back , i posted a question, tell me your favorite share and i will tell you whether it is a potential multi bagger? Based on many fundamental factor, Piotroski scan, i did analysis and gave my findings. One of the stock is PI Industries. It was really good , got Piotroski value 9. So mentioned it can deliver good return easily 15% + ! Now , as on 1 Aug 26, may be after 3 years, when i look back, The Pi Industries is trading around 2751, the price range is 2021 level. About 5 years, ZERO return, one of the Top Quality company ! The present fundamental is slightly weak but not bad. Sales, profits show slackness. The price fell down about 40 to 45% from peak. So investment Lesson , Even Long term investment has its own challenge, we cannot avoid it in stock investment ! Periodic review and some adjustment time to time is necessary ! But the price range is close to long term support level and the basic business model is solid. May be Good value BUY !!!😇 Happy investing 🌷
