That's how my chart looked today, nice and simple! and its helped

Not sure if this will help anyone but what helped me over the years and even more recently is not looking to far back on a chart, what I mean by this is scrolling out and out looking back weeks and weeks, if you trade the way I do, then focus on the previous week, days, I trade on the 30m so most the time I'm just looking at yesterdays levels and the current day zones. Remember which I have always said, and EVEN MORE NOW the way gold is moving, you only need one 30m candle to make your profit and be done for the day!!!
Hey guys, sorry I am going to sort this live trading group out!!!! In the process, I mainly trade London and NY open, so just working out when would be best to jump on. Looking like London open ish so from 7:30am onwards

Well done if you took this trade on current candle, its crazy just this 30m candle moved 100 pips, you can see clean range left, broke above then back below then back above, no bottom wick on candle = volume and thenbreak previous candle. I have only just jumped on the chart so missed it! textbook
